I noticed my home became hotter than usual, I gave Solomon a call and he came out within the hour to help after realizing there was a problem with my unit he replaced the whole entire unit at no cost. The service was great I cannot complain.

They have a hateful lady that when you speak, she instantly goes on defensive. She barked about paying $125 for them to knock on my door. Ok.. seems expensive and un warranted but... OK. The guy gets here, charges $55 for clearing a plugged drain pipe. 20 minutes. From now on I'll call someone else. Guy talked down to my husband,( a first responder) claiming we don't change the filters, (we have a delivery service that delivers us filters once a month so... 😒. I dont want thier business. I'm sure they will say my warranty is out if I ever try to use it.. so, no. You'd be wise to stay away too. Even a shade tree tech has more happiness then these folks...

The Solomon AC company is very top-notch. After I noticed leaking from the AC unit in the garage within seconds I called and within minutes came back fix the problem no problem. That's what type of company that gets my respect. I recommend this company to everyone

Over thirty minutes late to our scheduled time to meet. I’ve called a few times to get the estimate. Now my phone calls are not answered or returned.

Grant came for full HVAC maintenance, starting with air duct cleaning. He did blower cleaning, coil cleaning, and furnace cleaning in one visit. He treated small mold areas with Mold Treatment and did dryer vent cleaning. After UV light installation, the air feels crisp and clear. The house even smells better.

After years of ignoring the vents, I finally booked an air duct cleaning. Bryce came over and explained how buildup affects airflow. He did furnace cleaning, blower cleaning, and coil cleaning — all in one visit. He found mold near one vent and took care of it with a Mold Treatment. He also installed a UV light system to prevent future problems. My home smells fresh again, and even the dust on furniture has reduced noticeably.

My experience was fantastic from start to finish. Jay was on time, very efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process with the new system. What really stood out was his honesty; he didn't try to upsell me on an expensive system when a simpler unit would suffice.
Furthermore, he did an excellent clean job, picking up everything after the work was complete as if he wasn't even there.
It feels great to finally have an A/C company I can trust not to take advantage of people b I'm very happy and will definitely have Jay and his company back anytime for future maintenance or needs. I can't recommend them enough for their professionalism, communication, and quality of work.
