Liars and theives. When you can't be upfront and honest with your fees, I cringe to think how shoddy the work is, and how soon until I have to pay again a reputable company to fix what is wrong.

Avoid these liars. I've made a compliant with Carrier on how these liars represent the brand.

Do NOT purchase a Goodman unit through this company!!! We are real estate investors and have NEVER experienced such a costly repair on a unit that is under warranty for parts. PLUS, they charged us to restock the old coil and labeled it as a 'warranty fee'. BEWARE!!!

Totally unqualified to install any Trane product! Sold us a unit they were not qualified to install. Technicians were not trained to install or to handle aftermarket problems! They never pulled a county inspection. 2 years later, flunked inspection by county. Company will not honor contract. Extremely poor rated.

Never had a problem until they sent a different tech out. Owner is completely rude and doesn't try to help solve issues only cares about himself and what goes into his pocket. Never useing this company again. He litteraly will talk to you like your incompetent.

Dawn, the customer rep, is possibly the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She called me 50 minutes after my scheduled service appointment to inform me that because I wasn't as important as a motor replacement call that had just come in, that she was going to reschedule me for the next day. What Dawn failed to account for, and I then explained, was that I had taken the afternoon off of work to accomodate her, and her tech was already 50 minutes late. She then stated that the only other tech available was unqualified to do routine maintenance on the unit, but she'd send him if I refused to reschedule. I expressed my concern that she would suggest that their techs are unqulaified and then asked to speak to her supervisor or the owner, she said "No." - she didn't actually mean what she had said, that the tech would be fine and she'd send him along. Sam showed up almost two hours late and was definitely bordering on unqulaified to be in the field. I feel as though my time has been wasted and that my own busy schedule matters for nothing to Dawn or the company she works for. I will not be using them again for ANY type of maintenance and will be only too happy to discourage anyone looking to replace their unit to look elsewhere.

Note to Dawn: Learn some manners. Don't chew gum while on the phone with customers. Use your "please" and "thank-you" words. Learn to identify yourself at the beginning of the phone call rather than waiting for your customer to finally ask "WHO am I speaking to and WHAT are you talking about?" If someone on the other end of the line is unhappy and asks to speak to a supervisor, at least have the decency to lie and say something like "I'm sorry, he's not in the office, but I'd be happy to have him return your call when he returns." rather than just saying "No." You have a LOT to learn about customer service, Dawn.

I knew eventually I would have to replace my 13 year old air conditioner which came with the house when I purchased it. I saw the Jetson Appliance offered air-conditioning with a third-party and opt to take advantage of it.
My experience from the proposal, the purchase and the installation was very good. The installations guys, Rob and Steve did an exceptional job and took the time to do it right.
I cannot express how delighted and happy I am in having selected Jetson’s Appliances, Goodman brand air conditioning unit and Advantage Air for the install. Thanks again!!

Came out and scheduled a visit later in the week. Called push the appointment back to the next day between 8am and 9am. 9am came and went. No phone call, no tech. Called the company told they could come out the next day. Talked to the owner and got a refund. Will never call them again. Your scheduling problems do not give you permission to be rude to your customer.

On 2/5 My upstairs A/c wasn't working. Advantage Air came and "fixed" it for $204.23 On 2/12 it wasn't fixed, I was charged $25.00. On 3/16 They installed a new A/C for $3,750.00 I was told the lines were fine. On 7/2 my ceiling flooded. I called a roofer that looked and said the water was coming a duct taped pipe from the A/c. I called ,repairman came and the first words before he even looked was" that's not a warrantied item. He said the drain was clogged and that's what caused the leak. I told him less than 4 months before I was told that they were fine. He tried to tell me that they can clog in that time. I have lived in South Florida for 27 years and never had one clog. He brought over a vacuum, cleared the drain and charged me $85.00. Before he left, he went up and got the duct taped pipe and took it with him.. Advantage Air is the perfect name for them, I was definitely taken Advantage of.

Its between 85-90 degrees in my house still when set to 74. after 5 service calls or more. I lost count. And lost my money. Had to pick my mother up off the floor 3 times in a day because the heat in the house AFTER MULTIPLE SERVICE CALLS is too much for her and these "people" showed up and never fixed the issue with my ac.

Started by calling them to perform routine maintenance. Our AC system is 3 years old and the duct work was 30 years old. Joe came out and inspected everything. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He found some mold inside the handler unit and cleaned off what he could. He recommended changing the duct work out since it was so old and probably also moldy. We decided to use their financing option and within the week we had John and his crew of 6 or 7 at our house. They were clean, polite, professional, and friendly. Once they started bringing down the old duct work we knew Joe was right. Each piece had mold. We are so glad we did the work. The air works great and we had an air sensitization system put on and it has helped all of our allergies. Highly recommend.

I've been with Advantage Air Conditioning Of The Treasure Coast for over 25 years. The service techs do a really good job in taking care of my air conditioning system. I also found them knowledgeable in all aspects of quality air control. All in all Advantage is a reliable company.

Very knowledgeable. Hired 2 other hvac guys and the people at this company were honestly just trying to help me and inform me whereas the others were just trying to make money off me and charge for whatever. These two guys from this company drove an hour from palm beach just to check my system out and talk to me about it, no charge. I highly suggest this company.

I purchased a new compressor and had them install it. Two days later the coolant had leaked out. One of the fittings had not been properly soldered and gas was leaking out. I had a tenant on premises. They called at 6 p.m. to report the problem to me. I called the owner and he would not send anyone out unless I paid him 175.00 plus 25.00 for every 15 minutes. He said it was after hours and would be there in the morning. This was not a warranty issue but a poor installation issue. It was never pressure tested. No amount of pleading would change his mind. My tenants were in the middle of a family dinner and on vacation. Do not use this company if you are expecting fair service after he has your money. I had even called him the day before to personally thank him for a timely installation. Little did I know they would not respond to my emergency wihout tacking on a huge fee. Two years ago I had them install a new air handler. They will not be installing anything else for me.

I only have wonderful comments to make regarding Advantage Air. They have been my Air Company for at least 15 years or more. They replaced my old unit along with new duct work and I am now saving close to $200 a month on my Electric bill. They are always on time, always professional and totally honest. I would like to thank Joe Martino and Dawn especially for all their help and expertise with all the problems I have had in the past. Don't be fooled by companies that advertise with cheap coupons and promotions. It is a scam....

First rate service! The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My A/C went out in my house late at night. I called Advantage A/C of the T.C. the technician came out to my house and he got my A/C up and running in no time at all. They are reasonably priced and prompt service. I will be scheduling my routine maintenance with this company from now on. Extremely satisfied customer! I would recommend this company to anyone who has an A/C issue or needs routine maintenance.

After advantage came out evaluated the system ,determined the compressor froze up..charged $85.00 made arrangements to handle the warranty work on the unit that had 3 weeks left ...i was charged $706.85 as part of the warranty repair and they did not replace the almost rotted through filter dryer , which i have been told by experts that you would never replace a blown, seized, locked up etc...compressor and not replace the filter dryer( especially when that filter dryer that was on the unit from a previous failure and now almost rusted through leaving me in a awkward position that when this rusted dryer filter fails and destroys the system i will be stuck replacing the entire system at my expense as now i am out of warranty...I hope they give themselves the opportunity to fix there mistake and Mae things right.

Advantage Air came to my rescue over Thanksgiving.
I was under contract with another company that I had been using for 10 years when my air conditioning broke right before the holiday. The other company said he could do a patch repair for about $1000, but I really needed a whole new air conditioner and I had to sign the work order right then and there or I would have to wait a week or more for them to order the parts because of the holidays.
I called Scott Camire of Advantage Air for a second opinion. He sent Ken out within the hour. Ken assured me I didn't need a new air conditioner and was able to repair my air conditioner for a fraction of the original quote.
Advantage Air were quick to respond. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do, on time. I'm extremely pleased with the service they provided me and highly recommend Advantage Air Conditioning of the Treasure Coast.

!!! STAY AWAY FROM Advantage Air Conditioning of the Treasure Coast !!!

Hired Advantage Air Conditioning of the Treasure Coast to install ductless mini split AC units. Great product, Mitsubishi mini split AC units are super nice, quite and provide excellent cooling and heating.

Advantage Air Conditioning of the Treasure Coast (installer) offered fair price. That was a second plus.

Unfortunately, this is very my luck just ran out. Poor installation quality. My unit started to leak condensation water on the wall and inside the wall. Turns out line set copper lines are exposed to humid air (ripped insulation, water just dripping from it) and the worst part - copper lines fully exposed inside the wood frames exterior wall. Everything is moist and wet there.

Advantage Air Conditioning of the Treasure Coast offered just tape it over without addressing the inside of the wall problem. The worst part the flare nut connection ended up been inside the wall, so good luck removing/replacing inside unit without major work with line set. You simply cannot reach flare nut.

Advantage Air Conditioning of the Treasure Coast labor is UNSKILLED AND CUTTING CORNERS refusing to admit and to fix their own mistakes.

Over the phone, owner of Advantage Air Conditioning of the Treasure Coast offered taping everything over where you can reach it. He refused to fix their own install calming that everything is done correctly. Owner refused to repeat the very same statement in email when I asked. So, he was afraid of providing such paper trail.

I’m bringing alternative installer for Mitsubishi AC in the area - CMI Air Conditioning & Electrical for the second opinion and quite to fix it right with best practice and manufacturing requirements.

I’ll bring this to the Florida court to sue for damages and financial compensations. I’ll contact layer in the morning.

The staff seems friendly and educational but it’s been extremely time consuming dealing with these people.

The coil leaked and we ended up switching out the entire system. During installation of the new system, one of the workers sat down on the drywall and broke it. OK. It happens. I get it. But these guys have taken weeks and weeks to get out here and patch the hole after we kept bugging them.

On top of that, the ductwork got messed up somewhere in the middle of install and it’s not blowing cold. Half the house is cold but the other side is not. We have had the guys out here 2-3 times and still they cannot figure out what is going on. We never had this problem prior to the new install with them.

Overall, trying to get these people to fix a problems (that they created) is the equivalent of trying to make a teenager clean up their room. Sure. If you bug and annoy them long enough, they will do it.

I asked someone if they knew of a air conditioner company in Palm City for a need to identify a problem with my AC. I had recently been under medical care and my AC had stopped running the temperature in the home was 88 degrees and I needed help. I scheduled an appointment on Monday July 22nd for a technician to come to my home, the technician looked at the unit and stated the problem was a clog in the pipe and moved forward to give the pipe a shot of nitrogen. I heard a loud pop and also heard a sound of metal hit the floor inside the wall closet where the unit was located. I asked the technician what was that he stated hearing something fall but stated it was coming from my kitchen he got the unit on and said he was finished he charged me $195. For what he called a repair visit he recommended I call a few months later to contract for a service maintenance contract as he said that would allow for the outside unit to be checked, the following day evening I noticed the bottom of the floor underneath the Air Conditioning Unit in the house was full of water I called advantage Air to let them know and they recommended scheduling the technician to come back to my home on July 25th 2 days after the first visit the technician arrived and stated that the unit appeared to have been placed incorrectly and he decided to place two wood pieces to the unit and explained this will do away with the leaking water under the unit he charged me $175. For that visit the following day I had to place 3 heavy towels under the uni t because of the heavy leaking under the unit and had to use a bucket and mopped several times to make an attempt to see if I could get the surrounding area dry. I called the owner of Advantage Air to let him know that I was going to put a stop payment on the check for $175. because the service repair did not work his response was that he was going to take me to the Attorney General’s Office My immediate response was that I had made a big mistake in using Advantage Air and at this point decided to contact the company that sold me the Air Conditioner in 2021. ONE CALL AIR CONDITIONER I was able to have them come to my home on July 26 which they were able to identify that Advantage Air on July 22nd had blown out the pipe within the wall where the unit located and caused the leaking of the water under the unit and within the wall. One Call Air Conditioner was able to open the side wall and repair the loose pipe and vacuumed all the water within the wall where the unit is located today is July 27th and all is well the unit is running well and the water no longer exists . I definitely do not recommend Advantage Air Conditioner
