Our AC stopped cooling. Scotty notified me of his ETA and showed up on time. He performed careful troubleshooting of the system and replaced a faulty component. He then performed a post maintenance test to confirm proper operation and left the site tidy. Thanks for the good job Scotty!

can’t say enough good things about Family Air Experts. They’ve come to my mom’s rescue not just once, but twice, when her air conditioning stopped working — both times on short notice. Each time, they were able to come out the same day, just a few hours after we called, which is rare and incredibly appreciated, especially in the middle of a hot day.
What really stood out was their professionalism and how respectful and kind they were to my mom. It means the world to know that there are still businesses out there that treat people — especially our elders or parents — with the care and dignity they deserve.

A BIG THANK YOU to Family Air Experts!!! We moved into a new house and the A/C ducts were full of dust, I called and talked to Dalton, he came out at 5;00pm on Thursday and checked the ducts and fan which were I need for a cleaning. We set appointment up for the following morning at 9:00am. At 8:55am Scotty arrived and cleaned the vents and fan, he also fogged system with a sanitizer. I can’t thank Family Air Experts and Scotty for the awesome work they did. Very professional, showed me what they did and explained how my system will work more efficiently. Glad I called them and would recommend them to all of my family and friends!!!

Texted them Saturday after finding a leak received immediate call back. Although they offered to come check it out over the weekend, I couldn’t and we scheduled a Monday appointment. They had the leak fixed my AC serviced and done very quickly. I signed up with them for an annual service too. Very nice, respectful, knowledgeable and professional young men. I highly recommend them.

My A/C totally stopped working and Nathan came out, on a Sunday, and replaced my contactor. It was quite amazing how fast he had me back up and running. The company I usually call did not answer, so this was my first time using Family Air Experts. I assure you it will not be my last time. I will use them from now on. Nathan explained a lot of information to help me understand the best way to keep my system running it’s best. This happened at the end of August and it’s been running great ever since. I recommend them highly!!

I’ve been through a lot financially, so when my AC went out, I was really worried. I called this company, and the owner came out within an hour! Even though the repair couldn’t be done the same day, he kept in touch and explained what was covered under warranty. Everything was completely taken care of within two days of my call.

Our AC fan stopped working today and Dalton came out within an hour and a half after speaking to him. He was able to install a rescue fan in the meantime to get our air back on and running until he can get a new fan to replace it with. If you want a professional service and experience these are your guys!
