After just under two hours, the installation was complete, and my home now feels perfectly balanced in temperature.

Had my A/C replaced in and out. Dalton sold us the 4ton Lenox unit, extremely happy with it! Scott and Rodrigo did the install~great job. Clean and alot of attention to detail. Great experience with Dalton. I called thinking it was the capacitor and explained my medical situation as my ac was not turning on. Dalton came out to my house right away and looked over my units both outside and the handler inside. It turned out there was a blown fuse and wiring gone bad. He fixed the issues quickly and didn't charge me full price of what was quoted. Before he left he gave me some tips to keep my unit running as it is very old. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dalton, you gained a loyal customer.

I have a mini split AC unit (16 years old) that was struggling to blow cold and not hard enough. Over the last couple of months I had to keep dropping the temperature for it to barely keep the room cool. It was recommended to me to call. Family Air Experts. Dalton Logsdon came out to service the unit and now it runs like new. I even had to raise the temperature a few degrees from what I had originally set it to because the room became too cold! Super happy!

I got a call from my brother who was flying in today that the home app on his phone had the inside temperature at 90 degrees. His family and he weren't trying to show up and deal with a sweltering jungle after a 2 week vacation. I called Nathan with Family Air Experts and after explaining the situation, he rushed over and showed up in less than 30 minutes. This guy didn't disappoint. He had the unit up and running in no time. My brother showed up to a nice 73 degree house thanks to FAE!!!

Our new AC system is wonderful! The guys at Family Air Experts were a joy to work with. They were quick to respond, tidy, polite, and extremely professional. I knew our old system was going to be a pain to remove and replace due to a narrow opening and height constraints. Nate, Dalton, and Scotty came up with a great solution and were meticulous with the install. We also had a small bit of duct work done, which was placed nicely .

Everything is working perfectly and the price was very reasonable. The owners communicated frequently and effectively throughout each step. It was obvious that they had many years of experience. I highly recommend family air experts. We just purchased our first home and our air conditioner stopped working within the first month. Two other companies came out both telling me different things were wrong with the unit and quoted way more than we were comfortable spending with no promise it would fix the problem. Dalton and Nate of family air experts came out and looked over the whole system and let me know what was causing the system to stop working. They were so helpful, professional and saved me a lot of money. If you are looking for someone honest and reliable give them a call!

We could not be happier with Family Air Experts. We called them at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday with an AC that would not respond. And those guys were here by 4 o’clock in the afternoon. We did need a new AC we knew ours was already in trouble, so this was not a surprise. By Friday afternoon we had air conditioning and all was working properly. Our first FPL bill was $40 less than it previously had been. Thanks to Nathan, Dalton, Scotty and their apprentice Nathan. I would highly recommend Family Air Experts. They are very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of your property. please do not hesitate if you need any air conditioning work or even have questions.

Had my first experience with family air experts today. It was a pleasure. Nathan came out to get my unit up and running very knowledgeable when he was done. You couldn’t even tell anybody was here cleaned up. Everything look brand new again he even checked on a warranty for me. Lo and behold, I did have warranty left for a few more years even saving me some money. I highly recommend them. The service was quick and on time as they said they would be.

Family owned, professional, and available on Sunday when my a/c wasn’t working and it was 92 degrees outside. They arrived when they said they would and the tech was polite and knowledgeable. After an assessment he gave me an estimate and made a temporary fix and actually called the manufacturer to check and see if it would be covered under any warranty. I will continue to use the company as my service provider going forward and I recommend them to anyone looking for stellar service.
