Called the office spoke to a very sweet associate named Heather regarding my home that had no A/C and my mother who is on oxygen needed air conditioning asap. Heather very quickly reached out to her Manager named Nicole who worked side by side with Heather to get a technician to my home that same day. Both of the women were very friendly, knowledgeable and provided me a technician within an hour of me calling with no A/C in the home. Technician Paul was very honest with me, told me about the maintenance plans ( that I did 100% take advantage of) and he had my services up and running within 45 minutes. Very happy to have found this reputable company with such amazing, caring, professional staff members from start to finish. Love this company and will definitely recommend to anyone in need.Very honest and reasonable on prices as well.

We have used Preferred AC for years. We request Donald to perform our biannual service. He is excellent and very conscientious, checking the units and assuring that the drain pipe is patent. When he is through, he explains everything that he did and explains & identifies any issues that he found. Our unit has lasted for 11 years and we feel it is due to the service provided by Preferred AC and Donald
