Purchased a new home last year and Preferred installed the unit. 6 months after purchase/install the unit was leaking and not cooling. Preferred came out and installed a new part. The unit started to leak/ not cool again 7 months later. Preferred advised I was out of the one year warranty despite my having the same issues that caused a part replacement 7 months ago. I was told that the company isn’t responsible for the units the manufacturer sends. My unit isn’t backed up as my line is still dripping. Preferred wanted to charge me over $130 to come “diagnose” a brand new unit before they could see if the unit needed a new part again. I declined. Please pay attention to the reviews and choose another company.

Called a technician from another company who told me the coil was bad. A part that the company just “replaced” 6 months ago.

Was very unprofessional because we get a lower quote. He was mad and slammed the door and left.

Came him from work and my AC wasn’t working. I had no idea what was going on or how to fix it. I called Preferred AC and they had someone fix it promptly! They didn’t charge a crazy amount and were professional and courteous. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!

After speaking with Heather she had 2 very knowledgeable and professional guys (Eric and Paul) show up at my job. They performed A/C work that only top of the line professionals could do. I will do everything in my realm to make sure the 3 of them stay BUSY.
