Amazing work. Quite literally as quick as a fast food order JR was able to switch and swap me out of a bad A/C unit to a brand new one running like a commercial air unit for a Grocery store in no time. Finally some good A/C for this hot summer to come!! Fast A/C is perfect for the name!

Well if you need a new AC don't call them, because when the AC don't work Mr. Bobby's answer is: I am no longer in business,, your AC is Your Problem with the company. So if he is not in Business this ad should be taken down!!!!

I called at 11:00 AM for an air conditioning problem. Bill answered the phone and gave me an appointment for the next day. This was during Summer. Gary arrived promptly before 8 am. and was able to find the problem and quickly fix it. Gary was also able to find and fix a problem that we had before with another AC unit. Good company

I use the ProMag Energy group out of Ft Pierce. They are responsive have kept my units running well. When I do have a problem, they have gotten me up and running.

I will give them 2 stars because when I had my other system they always came out promptly and helped with all situations and questions we had. With such great service we decided to use them to have a new air conditioner put in. Well I was wrong and I regret using them now. I've had nothing but issues with this brand new system they installed. Right after the system was put in it flooded my entire hallway. They came out and "fixed" the problem....fast forward a few weeks and once again it leaks and this time my whole hallway and into my back living room. They came out to "fix" it once again. Oh and don't let me forget to add that they charged me to fix these issues for a BRAND NEW SYSTEM! It leaked again a time after that and then another guy came out to fix it and it was good for a while after that. Fast forward to this July 2017 and the system is leaking into my hallway and my walls are being damaged once again. All they needed to do was do right and handle this completely differently. Obviously there is something wrong with the install and for good customer service they should have handled this situation. When I called to speak with the manager he wasn't so kind about it all saying he didn't come in until after my install and yadayada. All he kept saying to me was is the system leaking now and do you want someone to come out. No it stopped leaking but obviously there is an issue other than just fixing the now problem dude!!! Not very nice, customer friendly, or do right by their customer company. Stay away because they won't do right by you! You'll just waste $6200 in a new install for a system that continually floods your home and doesn't cool it down!!! It's hotter inside then it is outside.

We had Danny from Promag at our home several times. Very professional and thorough. We would recommend Promag and Danny anytime to family and friends.

I had my system serviced this past Saturday. Technician was very friendly and helpful. A part was needing replaced which was covered by my warranty. I purchased the system in 2011 and have had it serviced every 6 months as recommended. Promag has done right by us!

Dan was very courteous, found the issue right away and was extremely helpful to remedy the issue. It appears the Honeywell TH8321R1001 was not working properly.

Danny was great. Very thorough and personable. On time and as always pleasant. Great job!

This company is awesome I needed a new ac installment as my other one was old and wasn’t starting to go out on me . In this heat they came out the next day ! Bri was super nice and priced me a good price and even worked with me on the cost. The technician Cj came out when needed and provided good professional service. It’s so hard to find reliable service but this service has by far been the best! They are guaranteed to not disappoint! Highly recommend!

Dan was very pleasant and thorough in his inspection of our home a/c unit. I appreciated that he explained everything he was doing and the numbers he expected to see (current draw, pressures, etc) as he performed the work.

He was able to determine that we had a failing capacitor on the condenser which saved us an additional service call (and some hot summer nights!). He also pointed out that the previous owner undersized the condenser (which results in poor performance, high electricity bills, and shorter life of the unit) and was able to provide a quote for a replacement system.
