While we were up in Maine, our neighbors in Florida noticed that our A/C condenser wasn’t working properly. We were given Cezar’s contact info and reached out to him by email. He responded almost immediately and scheduled a technician to come out the very next day.

Chris, the technician, arrived on time and had the issue diagnosed within 30 minutes. He informed our neighbor that the condenser motor needed to be replaced, and he was heading to the supplier to pick up the part. Unfortunately, a storm rolled through the area and prevented him from finishing the work that day.

What impressed us most was the follow-through—Chris personally called to explain the delay and assured us he’d be back first thing in the morning, which he was. From start to finish, Tru Air Cooling and Heating was responsive, professional, and reliable. We’re incredibly grateful for their prompt service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help!

Chris explained the process thoroughly. I also spoke to Cesar who took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. TruAir has been wonderful! Almost two years ago my system was leaking inside after another company had come out and tried to fix another issue. I put a post up on social media asking for advice on the leak, and while I received tons of people telling me other companies to go with, Cesar from TruAir responded with some information on what the issue could be, then instead of trying to take my business away from the original company or downtalking them, he suggested I give them another chance and if they couldn't help to then contact him. Unfortunately, the other company was no help (found out the person they had sent out for the initial issue had damaged the part inside when he opened it up to clean the coils), so I reached out to Cesar and they came out right away, found the problem and went over different options I had. They fixed the issue, and I have had them out for regular service since. Every employee who has come out has been professional and very friendly, and I will only be using them going forward for my A/C needs! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Did a service call. Ryan is really nice. Talked about getting the UV light installation for cleaning the germs circulating. Very reasonable price and look forward to getting it.
