Tru Air has the best customer service in the industry. We had a problem with our drain line and had difficulty getting it resolved. The owner reached out to us after hours and sent his tech out the next day. We will go nowhere else but to this family run customer oriented business. Thank you Cesar!

This is the third time that I’ve used them, very efficient and professional and an absolutely awesome company…!!!!!!

I left a message, and they responded promptly. They had a tech in the area and sent him over. He diagnosed and fixed the blown capacitor in less than 30 minutes. The price was fair and their work was fast. They earned my business in the future.

I contacted Ceasar from tru air one night about my a/c stopped working. He said he would have come over the next mourning. The repairman Ryan came over and quickly diagnosed the issue and had my unit back in action in no time. I’ve used tru air before and they have very good repairman with outstanding attitudes. I will continue to use them from now on.

Great price, efficient turn around time, & pleasant personality. Very, very easy to work with. I would highly recommend & support this small business !!!! Ryan G stopped by to do a diagnostic on my ac and was able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. He showed me the problem and helped me understand what happened. I always use Tru Air Cooling for my AC tune ups and issues. They are great at what they do and im always happy with my results.

I just could not be happier with Tru Air. I called this morning at 7:15 and spoke to a spoke to a knowledgeable and pleasant person (Trish?) and had someone here by 10:15am. The problem was diagnosed, corrected, and they were cleaned up and out of here by 11:15. Very professional.

Luis and Cesar are outstanding. They completed two separate installations for me; each handled with professionalism and their technicians are amazing.
In addition to the installations, Luis and Cesar went above and beyond by helping me close a permit. The previous company responsible for the installation failed to fulfill the necessary requirements, but Tru Air stepped in and resolved the issue efficiently.

From start to finish, my AC system replacement was handled with true professionalism. It's rare these days to find a company that delivers both quality work and great customer service, but they absolutely 💯 did it!
