I have done business with Steve Smith from when my parents lived here to present day. They are Fair and really good at what they do.

This company is great. My AC compressor went out over the weekend. I called Sunday to leave a message they answered the phone. They were out Monday told me what I needed I thought I might need a complete new system. He said a compressor will do it and its under warranty. Tuesday I was up and running again.

Mary was professional, efficient, and very friendly on the phone as she helped me book an appointment!! The technician analyzed the issue and fixed it without over charging me. Great service! We got the service plan that offers 2 A/C tune ups per year. The price was good. Mary in the office is always pleasant and happy to make our appointments. Steve Smith Air Conditioning has a great reputation because they give great service and are quick to respond in an emergency. Jason was very courteous and helpful. He arrived promptly after I placed the call and accessed the problem quickly late Saturday afternoon. He will return on Monday with the required part to fix our problem.
Update: the needed part was not in stock, but they immediately searched for the part and came to make the repair as soon as the part was in. Brandon was right on time and swiftly replaced the blower motor and also did a tune up while he was there, per our request. I am very pleased with the service we received as well as the communication from Mary in the office. Very reliable and professional.
