Technician was very service oriented and knowledgeable on the first and final visit (Muke and Alex) A third technician installed the part incorrectly and we were without a pool over the holidays which was very depressing.

Mike knows his way around our pool heater. Identified the seized fan and will get back to us when he finds a replacement. He also checked fluid pressure, it was OK

Mike Martin knew exactly what had to be done to get my pool heater working again. He’s ordering part and will call when he gets it. Very nice guy!

Wolf AC & Heating did an excellent job. My AC stopped working overnight. My co-worker recommended them to me. They were able to pretty much isolate the problem over the phone. They sent a technician to my house under 30mins. Now my AC is working again, and blowing colder than ever. Awesome work and fairly priced.

As usual, Rocket Cooling did an excellent job doing a maintenance call on our A/C unit (which they installed 2 years ago). Alex, the A/C technician arrived on time and did a thorough job doing their multi point maintenance service. I find Rocket Cooling to be honorable with their business practices and personable with their service. I highly recommend Rocket Cooling!

Originally bought my AC/Heat unit from Apex heating and cooling 15 months ago, only to find out that when I needed service, the company was no longer in business. I was told that I was notified of this via email. Okie dokie, perhaps that email made it to some clients but not to me. Someone did answer when I called, it was after 6pm. To my surprise, the new company (Rocket) did send someone out, who actually used to work with Apex and was very familiar with my unit since he was one of the guys who originally installed it. He arrived around 8:30 pm and installed a capacitor. Total cost for emergency call, part and repair 165.00 which is very fair for the circumstances. My unit was up and running within 30 minutes. He was not in a rush, was very pleasant and explained everything.
Update 4 months later:
Very pleased with thus company. Changes have been made that make Rocket my go-to company. Highly recommend.

My experience with Blair was excellent. He was very professional and efficient. He had it dignoised and fix in no time. The price was definitely fair. It has been about 15 hours after service and AC is still pumping cool air. Definitely would recommend Rocket Cooling

Mike was amazing and came out on a Saturday night when my AC (somewhat mysteriously) stopped working. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and nice. I can't recommend him enough. I called the west coast branch first, and they called me back immediately and gave me Mike's number. He was here within an hour- the time it took him to get here from his last appointment. Really good company and really nice person.

In desperate need of a new AC unit for my home, I called Seacoast. I repeatedly heard their ads on radio and having never used their services before, gave them a shot. ERIC FREEMAN came to my home promptly to go over options and was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He was undoubtedly the reason i chose to give my business to Seacoast over 3 other competitors who didnt even come close. The install took place the next day by Zach Stone and Jose who were terrific. Having worked for the Ritz-Carlton hotels I was used to exceeding expectations of our guests. I was extremely pleased with their customer service and their desire to meet my needs. A technician from SEA COAST come out today to do my yearly check up his name was Francis very professional, friendly, and outgoing, took the time to answer all my questions and did a bang up job.
