Roger and Matt installed our AC. They did a great job, made sure everything was working well, helped us set up our thermostat on WiFi, and made the whole thing easy. They did a great job, were very polite and easy to have around.

AC quit working on a Saturday. Jason was here within an hour and a half. He explained everything in detail, including what to do to prevent the occurrence from happening again. Did not try and oversell anything. Explained everything he was doing and everything that seacoast had available. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not be using any other HVAC company in the future.

After 12 years, my old Lennox finally took a dive, and I had to get a new one. I’ve been with Sea Coast since 1985. Their service is phenomenal. The products are wonderful and the staff is beyond compare folks that showed up at my house today to put the new one in or efficient they cleaned up after themselves. They taught me everything I needed to know about my new unit and I’m totally happy. I highly recommend Sea Coast air-conditioning

Our A/C system quit working on Saturday. Breakers weren’t tripped. Thermostat batteries checked out OK. Even removed the condensate cutoff switch, and still the system wouldn’t turn on. Called SeaCoast on Sunday and asked them to come out on Monday. Jason B called us ahead of time, showed up when he said he would, and quickly diagnosed the problem. In less than an hour we were up and running again! Jason was courteous and professional, and we greatly appreciate what he did for us today! I would definitely use SeaCoast again.

Arrived on time. Very professional and informative. Cleaned up after themselves which I found refreshing. Answered all my questions and made sure the AC and heat worked perfectly before leaving. Great job, would highly recommend.

Of course our AC broke on a weekend. They came out in less then 2 hours to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately our system lived past its AC life. LOL They will be installing the new AC. I was impressed with the customer service and how the technician explained all options and honestly we were tired of duct taping the issue. Kemarney (Tech) spent a long time on the roof, checking the AC location and space to move around, electrical panel ensuring he covered all the options for my quote. I called this morning with an issue concerning my air quality. Marquez called ahead that he was on his way. He was also the technician that recently came out and did my a/c check-up. I explained what my issues were and he was able to determine what the problem might be. He made some adjustments and explained what he had done. He listened to my issues and explained things clearly. He seems knowledgeable with a pleasant attitude.

Called Sea Coast Air Conditioning this morning when our heat wouldn’t come on. They were able to get here within a reasonable timeframe and Tom quickly diagnosed the problem with the motor and capacitor. He was able to replace the two defective parts and get our heat restored in a timely manner. Hats off to Tom and Sea Coast for their promptness and professionalism.

Sea Coast Air completed my HVAC service today. They are on time, the price is very reasonable, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!

Great customer service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. Martin was thorough with our maintenance call and cleaning out A/C. Austin quickly corrected a calibration with our thermostat. They were great with scheduling and working around my schedule. Thanks Sea Coast!

You send out a salesman, I call them order takers. There is no follow up calls to find out if you are happy and ready to purchase. I can only assume they are used to dealing with folks with ac units that are not functioning and are on their hands and knees ready to write you a check if you would please put in the system today. These type salespeople would be fine at a register at Walmart.
I can only say I was ready, willing, and able
To have two systems put in right away in my duplex, If the price is right.

Lee was on-time, friendly, and extremely thorough. He gave me some helpful hints on maintaining our A/C system. I will request him for our next maintainace visit.

From a personal recommendation by our home remodeler, we called Sea Coast Air. We were lucky to get Jason to make the service call and while he was here, he performed yearly maintenance, as well. Jason is a senior guy and is nothing short of fantastic in both his technical knowledge and customer service skills. He showed us the issues and explained everything to us, before replacing any parts.
We feel good about using Sea Coast and took out a service contract with them.

I was having some trouble with my drain line and thermostat. Zach came by right away and got things up and running quickly. I appreciate that he also told me everything he was doing as this was the first issue I had with my new ac unit. Also, Austin whom I talked to on the phone gave me some great tips to try.
