I have used Grimes for about 15 years now, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with this business. They are courteous, do excellent work, and have rapid response if your unit malfunctions, which is critical in the summer heat. I have recently sold my home, and had them perform a coil cleaning for the new owners. They squeezed me in to fit our schedule, and got the job done with their usual quality. Highly recommend participating in their preventative maintenance program to keep your unit clean and in optimum condition.

The Grimes team installed our new Ruud system. The three technicians worked diligently to take away the old unit and air handler and installed the new units flawlessly.

Couldn’t switch the air conditioner unit from hot to cold. Contacted Grimes as they had previously installed the unit. They were onsite within an hour and a half and fixed the problem. Wonderful.

Everyone was very helpful throughout the process. Caleb & his assistant did an excellent job installing the new AC unit. Very appreciative of the work they did.

I have used Grimes for 15+ years. They are reliable, easy to book, very competent, and reasonably priced. I wish that other service professionals were at least half as good as them!

They are reliable and always show up on time. The servicemen know what they are doing and don’t try to rip you off. If they say I need something done and it’s pricey I trust they are giving us the best price.

Grimes installed my a/c unit three years ago, last week completed maintenance. Before arriving to the house, maintenance staff gave me 10 minute window period. Both was professional and nice. I tipped them $10 each to buy lunch. It was well deserved

Outstanding customer service! Wasn't sure what was going on with our unit so we called Grimes. We are so thankful for the integrity of this company. It was an inexpensive fix that was covered under the service house call fee! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Plus, the tech made a simple change to our drip line that makes it much easier to flush out in the future. 10/10

So nice to deal with a local company that cares for its customers. Needed a new unit, got quote on Wednesday and installed the next Monday. Very grateful to the team at Grimes 🌞❄️

I called David came out within 45min. Went up into my attic and saw immediately what the problem was and fixed it. And he will be back to finish the repairs that should've been made by my previous ac company, they either didnt know the safety switch was broke, or the 2nd option they broke it while climbing around in the attic. I either case David caught the issues and set about fixing the most immediately problem the leaking drain line that was clogged. He's coming back to install the safety switches and fixing that problem. He was super nice and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and corrected things I was told by previous AC repair companies so now I wont do the wrong thing. THANK YOU 1HR AIR for sending David he was awesome!!!!!!

Their service was fair, reasonably priced, and of top quality, accompanied by excellent customer service. Technician Zack performed as expected, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. The communication was effective, and I look forward to collaborating with Zack and his team on future projects and services.

Called One Hour Air Conditioning on Monday and they sent someone out someone the same day. Gave us a price for the entire A/C unit and they had their guys out Wednesday morning installing it. Our sales guys Reese & Chad (manager) were both very knowledgeable and nice to work with. The A/C technician Nathan and Daniel were EXCELLENT! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly down to earth. They both answered all our questions and we never felt like we were a bother to them. I will recommend this company and their employees to anyone in need of assistance. Great job guys !

Just purchased a new condo in. Vero Beach and the AC unit was a bit old so wanted to have someone take a look at the unit. John was GREAT with everything he did and explained what was going on with the unit and what he recommended may be needed and what options I had. Great service from the first phone call. Then inspection appointment was done by Nathan who was very knowledgeable. We decided to move forward with our air duct replacement and received very reasonable pricing. The three guys who came to do the job are amazing at their job! Our A/C was having issues Saturday evening and i called One Hour Air conditioning to see if they had someone available to come out. Zach called me back immediately. He was at our house within an hour or so. He explained the issue we were having and fixed it in a timely manner and was very friendly! He took the time to make conversation with us and answered any questions we had. It’s nice to see someone who enjoys what they do. Thank you! We will be using you in the future!

This was my first time using One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating to repair my AC Unit. The technician that came out was John Gardener, super polite and very knowledgeable about the AC Unit. I'd just had the very same repair done with another popular AC company two years ago.
John came in the house and told me what he was hearing from the unit outside. He opened the unit up and checked it out. Came back and told me what was wrong before fixing anything.
Then he spoke to me about getting a surge protector. The other company never said anything about a surge protector. So, I purchased the surge protector for my unit. John is the man. If ever I need AC work done again, I will be calling One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating and I will request John to be my technician. I will wait for his availability.

John showed up in under 2 hours as our house rose to 86 degrees inside. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. With very efficient fix at a fair price made this less stressful. Explained options we might consider moving forward. I’d recommend this company 7 days a week and twice on Sunday!!

Zack came to our house after I called the company to find out about some work to be done on my air conditioning system. Zack is very nice and polite. He thoroughly checked everything out and was very knowledgeable about what we needed. He answered all my questions and gave us a good price for the job. I would definitely recommend Zack. And he has a great hairdo.
