These guys are aces. I've had 2 repairs after buying our home. Both times they came out and took awesome care of us. They actually show you what to do to prevent issues, which helps save you money, and they also keep the price affordable. They have my loyalty going forward. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone. John was fantastic. Finished in a timely manner and took the time to walk me through the possible issues with my AC unit. Didn’t overcharge me like some company’s do. Would recommend John and his company if they are all like him.👍🏻

The service tech was great, he was kind and knowledgeable. However this company rips you off when it comes to payment. They were here for a total of 15 min, replaced a fuse ( which I looked up and cost retail is $20 which im sure they get discounted rates as they purchase in bulk) they charged me $321. Im sorry, but 15 minutes of work and a 5 min fuse replacement is work $100- 150 tops.

Manny came on time with knowledge and professionalism.
The price for a new system was exactly with in my budget. His boss Chad was friendly and honest about the services provided and I recommend this company to everybody. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!!

Zack was great. He had a clear explanation in layman’s terms for us to understand, he took time to show us all of the issues that we had and gave us his best recommendation. Knowledgeable and professional. He came quickly, gave his best customer service effort and was personable.

I do not recommend this company.

After a routine maintenance visit, they quoted me $200–$300 for a repair. I chose to have the issue fixed by the company I purchased the AC from since it was covered at no cost. Six months later, when I called them again for regular maintenance, they refused to service my unit simply because I didn’t pay them for the earlier repair.

I spoke with the manager and the experience was a complete waste of time. He was rude, dismissive, and clearly only interested in whether they could make money, not in providing service.

If you don’t move forward with their repairs, don’t expect professional treatment afterward. Poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior.

The customer service here is friendly, professional, and helpful. They schedule quickly and keep you updated every step of the way. The techs arrive right on time, explain the issue in detail, and give options without pressuring you into unnecessary repairs.
The work is completed efficiently, and they make sure everything is running perfectly before leaving. What stands out the most is their honesty, attention to detail, and the care they take to make sure the customer is comfortable and informed.

John was very professional and thorough, he came on a Sunday evening. My a/c had stopped working after I tried to replace the thermostat, One hour air conditioning scheduled an emergency appt for me and sent John. He was great and we were very thankful for his service. Jhon and Daniel make a great work installing our new AC unit and replacing everything, they even paint the wall :) we couldn’t be happier they were polite, respectful, and extremely professional from start to finish, treated my property with care, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

They are the best! One Hour Air Conditioning was recommended to us by the cable installer, who described them as honest; but they are more than that—they are incredibly efficient! John came to visit us, diagnosed several issues with our units, and offered to fix everything at a fair and reasonable price for all parties involved. The diagnosis was made on Christmas Eve, and they came yesterday—John and Daniel installed two new units, replaced the stand and hoses, implemented measures to prevent mold buildup, and even painted the wall area that would be hard to reach once the unit was installed. As I mentioned before, they are the best in town. We HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you, guys!

I was researching a few A/C companies for quality, dependability, and honesty to maintain our 5 bedroom home’s A/C unit. I came across One Hour A/C and Heating. Their customers were very satisfied and had a 5 star review out of over 700 people! I gave them a call and they were here the next day! John came out and really took his time to educate me on the process, deep cleaned our blower to look like new (didn’t try to upsell or offer outrageous replacement), and took his time making sure our unit was running like new! Our most recent experience was with technician John Gardner, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. John’s respectful approach, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made what turned out to be a fairly lengthy repair much more pleasant. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, which gave us confidence that everything was being handled thoroughly and correctly.

We have an 8-year-old AC unit that’s no longer under warranty, which was the first thing John checked. We had been experiencing cooling issues, and he quickly identified a leak in the coil. Since we had kept the unit off before the appointment, the leak detection went smoothly—John was able to see the staining that pinpointed the problem. The repair itself was completed efficiently, and his detailed inspection afterward gave us peace of mind that there were no other visible leaks.

John also took the time to explain all of our options and estimates for both a full system replacement and a coil replacement. He was patient, transparent, and never pushy, which we really appreciated.

Even though the repair cost was around $1,000 for labor, leak detection, parts, and coolant, we felt the price was fair given the quality of service, clear communication, and overall professionalism. We now feel much more informed as homeowners and are happy to continue working with One Hour!
