Great technicians. Great pricing. Responsive service. They always text when enroute and show up as scheduled The downgrade is due to a serious lack of communication between the front office and clients. Seems they think they’re doing you a favor by answering the phone!

I'm a bit surprised by the cost of labor, $219.
for 1/2 hour labor!

It isn't often these days that you can say absolutely nothing negative about a major project like a total a/c replacement. From the time of our first call to Grimes until completion of installation of a new Rudd a/c and a new air handler it went amazingly well. The estimate completely covered all aspects of the project. Casey answered every question, and there weren't many because he covered everything clearly.
The 2 options of a/c units was clearly presented, with a total cost considerably less than anticipated. Like 1-2 thousand less. We could hardly believe how professional the installation team turned out to be. Cooper, Luis, and Junior were quick, quiet, clean, polite. It looked like they had rehearsed the whole thing in advance. Even talking and asking questions of Susan on the phone was a pleasant experience.
I can't imagine any other company could have done a better job for us. They get our highest recommendation .

Chance and Philip came in the evening on an emergency call as our A/C stopped. They tried to do a temporary fix but couldn't. They ordered the part and promptly came out to fix it. Both of them are very professional courteous and very great workers. It was a wonderful experience to have them here. Also Grimes staff is exceptional. Day or night they take your call. Takes for making us COOL again.

Grimes was prompt in providing a competitive quote for replacement of our HVAC system several months ago. Once we were ready for install, they honored their quote and did an excellent job on the install. We can highly recommend them.

Very fast response time. Tech installed a temporary control on my unit to allow partial operation while a new blower motor was shipped in.

Our heat was not working properly on the coldest days in Vero Beach. We called Grimes and within minutes the two young men found our problem and resolved it with a part that was still under warranty. They were great and my husband and I would highly recommend them and Grimes!
