Sea coast air conditioning is an excellent company... We've just started using them recently and they really turned out to be very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Over the months I have met a few of their technicians, and the guys are very good at what they do and very nice to work with. The company is owned by a family for 30 years.In the area, and comes highly recommended... We're so glad that we found them.

We are very happy with the quick response and how Phillip and his assistant found the leak and fixed it so efficiently. We have been very happy with Grimes since we moved here and our realtor recommended them 14 years ago. Very happy!! No more water on the floor.

Of all of the companies I have dealt with since moving to PSL I find that Grimes is one of the best. They are here quick, the pricing is reasonable, and most importantly they are very professional. Love working with them and will continue to work with them.

A/C stopped working in the evening, I called Grimes, Mike responded offered me a choice of immeldiate response or he would put me on the service list next day. Richard came out in the AM and repaired AC. All is now cool and the cost was very reasonable! Grimes will be my A/C specialist!

I thought I needed only maintenance but I was informed that the problem could reoccur quickly needed to find the cause. They found the cause and fully explained and showed me proof . Fixed it and charged less than expected (how often does that happen!) Very prompt and professional. I have been cheated in the past by other AC repair (no names mdntioned) these guys are trustworthy!

I must share the good news from the beginning of the quote to final installation.The sales representative was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. The price was fair and competitive for a complete inside and outside unit. The installation team (Cooper) was courteous, professional, personable, and highly knowledgeable. They showed care for our home, and cleaned as they went along the installation. They took time to answer any questions and ensured everything was in working conditions upon departure. The house is now cooling and I would use them again, and refer them to friends and family!

We did our research and decided on Grimes for their locality, equipment and commitment to service.. Once you do your homework, you know what stands out as the best equipment at the best price. During the installment, I met a very bright and professional young man, Cooper, who answered all of our questions and checked on us twice after installment. We are very happy with our decision.

I had a very positive experience with Grimes. They installed my current a/c system 10 years ago. My indoor fan motor stopped running so I called them again. Carroll showed up and was very polite and knowledgable. He was able to get me going again in a timely manor. Having many years as a previous a/c tech I understood most of the repair/ replacement and it was seamless. Great job. Very pleased with the outcome.

We had Robert out to give us an estimate. He did a fantastic job of being on time and presenting the information to my wife so she could relay it to me while I was at work. We confirmed everything on Friday and they came out the next Monday morning to install the unit! Caleb and Josh came out on time and did an amazing job on the install! The only thing they didn't have was the UV light. A tech came out today (Tuesday) and installed that! These guys are fast, affordable, and professional. My 2 year old son was amazed by the installers and kept following them around. He even gave them fist bumps before they left.

You're not going to find a better A/C company than this. We will use them for all our A/C needs and recommend them to everyone!

I had no heat during the recent cold spell and although I didn't have to use them, they were ready, willing and able to come right out!! I wd definitely recommend them!!

The team of technicians arrived quickly( less than 1/2 hr) they were pleasant and professional. They were able to find the problem quickly and repaired the burned wire. I’ve been with them since 2005. Would recommend them anytime. Thank you Grimes

The technicians showed up fast, understood the assignment and knocked it out of the park in under an hour. They were polite and explained all they were doing without seeing annoyed. Highly recommended!
