I had an "emergency", because Florida in the summer with no A/C is an emergency! I picked One Hour A/C & Heating from the Google list because I liked the reviews. John Gardner answered my call - he was very easy to talk to, and came to service my unit within a few hours. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. We had excellent conversation about all things A/C, and proactive maintenance. He had me up and running very quickly, and made sure that everything was running smoothly before he left. There are a lot of AC companies out there… I narrowed my choices down to three….my son has used One Hour Air since he moved to FL and has been very happy with their service! Their 10 year warranty on parts & labor, 2 year free annual maintenance and their Better Business Bureau rating of A+ helped me to make my choice.

When we first called one hour air conditioning and heating, the woman on the phone was very helpful and got us scheduled for John to come out the next day. John was extremely professional, informative, and kind! He made us aware of the issues going on with our HVAC system and a set up a plan to resolve them. The next day, Nathan & Devin came to our home to execute that plan! They were both extremely good at what they do, walked me through every step of the way, and did an amazing job! All 3 of the HVAC techs that helped us were very kind, trustworthy humans! I could not have more great things to say about one hour air conditioning & heating!
