When I first saw free service ad I was hopeful but my hubby thought it a scam. A delightful man arrived and carefully and thoroughly did a fantastic job He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We have never had such great service and we happy to sign a service contract. Go for it. He is the real deal

I am not sure that I can adequately describe my experience with Devon, the owner/operator of Maritime Air Company. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, thorough, excited about what he does, and informed me of everything he did each step of the way. He never tried to upsell me on any services or products. I will never let anyone else touch my air conditioning unit or my duct work. He is THE man!

Very knowledgeable and punctual! Devon did a maintenance check/service and took pictures of everything he encountered then shared those pictures with me while explaining what the pictures showed. At no time did he ever try to upsell me or pressure me into having something done (which was so nice). However, when I do need an AC person, I will definitely call him!

I recently had my washer repaired and couldn't be more pleased with the service. My service isn’t complete yet because I’m waiting on a part through my warranty but I couldn’t wait to leave this review. I had no idea what was going on with my thermostat and AC but my house was a sweltering 89 degrees at one point. Devon reached out to me at 6:15am after seeing my post needing AC help. He was at my front door at 7:15. He was so kind and patient and explained everything to me as he was trying to identify the problem. He then took care of the warranty process and couldn’t have been more helpful. We found out that the part would’ve arrive for a few days but Devon came back (on his own) this afternoon with a temporary fix that has my house back to a normal temperature until the part arrives. I signed up for his very reasonable maintenance plan on the spot. I don’t want anyone else touching my AC. Couldn’t have asked for a better professional. He’s thorough, knowledgeable, and had the best customer service. Support small businesses!!!

My A/C was not cooling properly. It was running all day and failing to reach the set cooling temperature. I spoke with Devon, owner of Maritime Air and he offered a free tune up/maintenance check. (Who does that)? He came out to my home as scheduled and worked on my A/C for over an hour, (remember I said free), while explaining to me everything that he was doing, all with before and after pics. He discovered that the expansion valve needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair price for the part and the labor, and is returning to make that repair. Devon was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Call him for all of your A/C issues. You will not be disappointed.

Update: Just wanted to let y'all know that Devon returned this morning to do the repair, as promised and on time, with the new part in hand. But, as it turns out, he was able to perform a task on the old part, and he did not have to replace it!! Saved me $180!!! Talk about honesty!!! Anyone in need of a good, honest and reliable A/C guy, Devon is definitely your man!!

Arrived within a few hours and diagnose the issue. Next morning Devin was back with everything needed to get my refrigerator running.
