I was looking for an air conditioning company to check my system. I had received many flyers from various companies, but they all seemed to want to upsell services that I didn’t want. I found Maritime Air, a small local business, on Nextdoor. They offered a free checkup which interested me, so I contacted them and made an appointment. Devon, the owner, arrived on time, and was a very friendly and personable young man. He checked both my inside and outside units and took pictures, while explaining what he was doing and answering all of my questions. He did the necessary maintenance and let me know that my system is generally in good shape. He also told me a few things that would require some minimal maintenance in the future. He reiterated that whatever work he had done that day was free and that if I was interested, he did offer a twice yearly maintenance plan, but that was totally up to me. I did decide to take the offer, as I felt that there was no pressure and I liked his attitude and service. I highly recommend Maritime Air and suggest supporting this local small business.

He’s knowledgeable, reliable, and straightforward with no games, no upselling, just solid HVAC work done right. Communication is clear, service is timely, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely a company we trust and will continue to use.

Devon does a great job explaining what he is doing and offering options for service, care, or even upgrades. We signed up for his yearly service as he is so thorough and skilled. We had him do a full cleaning and service of our air handler, filter return and had him replace a burned out UV light and install another at the air filter. His pricing is very reasonable and he showed us the unit before and after his work in person and with photos and video. My AC unit is working great. No more mold and dirt in the air handler and we’ll see him 6 months for the next check up. We live on the island in Fort Pierce, he lives close and is available quickly if we have any heating and cooling issues for the next full year. His initial service is free so for $189 we get 3 services over the next 12 months. He is also experienced in air quality issues, mold remediation and mold control. Give him a try you won’t regret it. extremely hard to contact i called about an issue for about 3 days finally got an answer someone came down to look at it but they didn’t have the part needed to repair the issue so they said it would come in about a week and it’s been 3 and i’ve had no updates or anything been trying to call constantly leave messages but i still get no answer

Accomplished repairs in a timely manner for a fair price. This is the third AC system he has worked on for me, including installing blue lights, UV for mold and odor removal. He know AC and HVAC, and he does it correctly.

I asked several questions about air flow and why my unit would leak every once in a while. Jose check to make sure air handler was clean then checked free on in my unit.. Free on was low so he charged the unit. My air is Cold...
He also went up into my attic to check the lines for a bedroom that has always been hotter than the rest of the house and let me know the size the previous company used was to small for the proper air flow for all the areas it was covering. Very Knowledgeable. SAME DAY SERVICE..YEA!!

I gave them a call becaus a friend had used them and was very happey wit the service. My friend was right. They came out and fixed the problem on the first visit for a very fair price. Then I asked how much for a new system since mine was old and the price they gave me was so good I had it done. They came and in one day it was done, no fuss or mess just good service by proffesionals. I recomend them very highly.
