Usually places like this have people with bad attitude, but in this One, they have good customers services and they don't treat you like you are part of the trash that you want to throw away. 👍

The garage pick up is great, however the recycle pick up has stalled, not sure why. Also, the yard waste department is great!

I had a very good experience. Very well organized for drop off of trash and debris.

Gentlemen was very uptight and pushy. Never had a business try to convince me to go somewhere else.

Just bring your property tax bill (or I guess lease if you rent) and your drivers license. If you don't have them both, you might not be permitted to dispose of your waste.

The GPS will take you to the main entrance, however , if you are a homeowner like me coming to drop off general junk (mattress, furniture) on a truck or suv, use the entrance on Powell Rd.
The site is organized as it has a bay specific for the waste you are taking and you are driving on concrete, unlike the other facility on CR 672 where you are driving on mulch and it feels like you're gonna sink.

The ladies and gentlemen at the scales are usually nice and friendly. The front end loader operators are not very organized or friendly.

I'm disabled and no one that worked there could be bothered to help me, I had to ask someone that was also there to like me if they would help me and they kindly helped.

Only downside is that you have to pay 65 dollars even if it's just 1 garbage bag. That is just crazy, even after paying taxes every year.

I placed a call to Solid Waste to get information on dumping 3/23/20. Spoke to a Sheena( hope I spelt her name correctly), happy to say, she was courteous and helpful and provided me with the information I needed. Thanks

So, who is the genius that didn't change the hours to day to show you are closed? Now what am I supposed to do with all of this debris I have loaded in my vehicle?? What a joke!!

Usually not bad. Arrived at 4:53, waited 5 minutes for vehicle in front of us only to be told we were late. Let us dump but gave a paper stating hours that don't match with the web site. Attendent was rude and condesending....

Really easy to get in and out of. They have streamlined the process extremely well. They guys and girls running the gate are extremely friendly and helpful.
