Last minute fix needed for my AC on a Friday. Technician James was able to identify issue correctly and fix. The cost was very reasonable and the interactions was professional. Excel Heating and Cooling is now my 'go to' folks for all my AC needs.

Robert came out after business hours and not only fixed our unit, but also took the time to explain what was happening and what we could benefit from down the road to ensure long lasting usage of our unit. He went above and beyond and earned a customer for life with us. Air Excel not only has great techs, but also fantastic pricing.

Justin was amazing. He was able to fix multiple issues and do a same day appt. He was extremely knowledgeable about our unit and efficient and got our new parts covered under warranty. He worked late to make sure we had our ac up and running the same day even after multiple problems arose . We will be using them from now on! Also very kind to our dogs who barked the entire time. We’ve never had a company that did so much and the price was reasonable for all the work that needed to be done. Such a positive experience as ac issues are a pain! 100% recommend !

After a very high quote by a separate company I reached out via google for a second opinion to many different companies. AirExcel not only responded to me first but it was earlier than regular business hours. This company is extremely responsive with remarkable communication and willing to work around my work schedule. They also were very fair and affordable. Adam went above and beyond on our service call to fix all of our issues and give us honest options. Will be using them for all of our HVAC needs.

Nobody wants to have their AC go out on a weekend. I had heard really good things about Air Excel and decided to call them over the company I had used prior. James came promptly on a Saturday and was extremely competent and knowledgeable as he diagnosed that we needed a capacitor. He didn’t stop there. He looked at our filters and our hoses and all of the things that may go bad in the future just to make sure we were OK. It is rare to find someone who was working on the weekend in the heat to be so well mannered and extremely competent. I will not be calling any other company in the future. I am very appreciative of your company and will be in a position to recommend too many people.

This was the only business that gave me the quote I asked for and an estimate via text. They underbid other businesses because my previous quotes only sold higher end brands, and they tried to pressure me into overpaying for a system I didn't need.
Air Excel replied to me promptly with a much better quote. When I told them I work from home and the AC was gone completely, they prioritized me and stayed past 11pm to get my system in right away. I'll be getting a much needed sleep tonight!
Final charge was exactly as quoted. I appreciate these guys!

Have been incredible! Third time we have used them over the last few years and have always been so pleased. AC stopped working Wednesday night. Called when they opened at 7 Thursday morning, had a service person out by 8 and had cool air again!
