When our air conditioner failed during a heat wave, we called to schedule an appointment. Bob, the owner of the company, called and came out on Sunday to fix our air conditioner. Our system was originally installed by them a few year ago and a capacitor failed. I appreciate the prompt response. Highly recommended.

Our air conditioner stopped working when the air quality was on alert because of the smoke from Canada, and the temperature was high 80s and low 90s. I have asthma, and with the windows open, I knew it was not that great for my lungs. With the windows closed, we were sweltering. Even with the windows open, it was extremely hot inside our house. My husband called Voegelie Heating & Air Conditioning the day the air conditioner stopped working. We were expecting to have to wait a number of days to get it fixed because of the high volume of people having issues. They managed to find time for us the next morning! Luke called us to let us know he was on his way. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He even petted our neighbor's cat. We now have a working air conditioner for a price that we thought more than fair. We are so thankful for this company and will continue to depend on their great service.

They are great guys - I leave this review after five years since their initial installation. They were very nice, quick, and fair both times they came out. Do not hesitate to book them. They may not be the cheapest in town but their politeness and service are unbeatable. I have dealt with three different employees and they are all friendly and easy to deal with.

I was very satisfied with the service provided today. I thought that the technician, Pierre, was very honest when he said that my unit had aged and there were many parts I could replace. However, I would recommend getting a brand new unit because of its age. The technician explained things in a manner that I understood.

Specialized Air responded quickly, arrived as promised within updated window on day of service. David was professional and communicated clearly what was wrong, what needed to be done, had the needed parts on hand, repaired AC same day. He also kindly gave me guidance on what to expect, how to care for the HVAC unit, and let me know about their preferred customer service schedule for priority service in case something needed immediate service. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I asked the electrician to install thermostat wiring for our attic retreat during a rainy-season update. The electrician inserted new low-voltage cable into hidden channels. Each conductor was labeled for ease of use in the future. Now, I can adjust temperatures without any guesswork.

This group is excellent at scheduling people. Our dryer vent took four appointments to fix. Colby Davis, who was our last appointment, was fantastic. We knew where the fault was, and he listened carefully and repaired it. The garage soffit had to be cut to reach the break. It's good to know that it was fixed.

He was ready to begin the project in that week. We chose to wait until the following week. He sent out techs to install the system. I regret not catching their names but they did an amazing job. They were able troubleshoot any problems that they encountered with little effort. They were punctual and a very good crew who worked hard to get our new furnace and ac up and running. Brandon and his team are highly recommended for any hvac need! I was impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. The fact that they weren't just there to provide a service or to obtain a quote is why we selected them over others. I am happy to report that we made the right decision. Keep up the great work! Our old heat pump was replaced after a lightening strike. Jerry was prompt in coming out and giving us options we liked. The installation went well today. Professional, informative, no mess whatsoever. Terrific. The price is great!

Kris is a skilled craftsman. He accurately assessed our electrical safety concerns (the prior owner had some interesting DIY solutions) before fixing the immediate issues. He was patient and didn't hurry out, despite the fact that it was pretty late.

My A/C unit, which was reported to have been burned, now works like new. The Super Tech spent a great deal of time on it. He disarmed and cleaned the unit, fixed it and even installed a smart thermometer that I love using. Mario was very patient and showed me how to operate the unit. He is very reasonable in his charges and I would recommend him to anyone.
