James Curry is one of the nicest people you ever wanna meet and he is very acknowledge in air-conditioning units and I will recommend him to anybody and Robert Bouchat is also one of the nicest people you would ever meet and he’s very knowledgeable on the air-conditioning units. I would recommend to Pam also.

Adam is a very personable and HVAC savvy young man. My only negative comment would be that I would've liked to see him go through the house with something like a laser thermometer gun and show me how the changes he made to my system affect each area!

Air Excel did a great job and I would recommend them to handle any issues with an HVAC system. Jimmy even came out on a Sunday to fix a blower fan that would not shut off (bad relay switch). He took the time to explain the issue and how it affects the overall system and made quick time in replacing the switch. I will use Air Excel for any future issues I'm sure I will have with a system that is 20-plus years old (but still hanging in there)!

The technician was very honest and found something unplugged stopping the fan. He charged us for the service call only. He could have made it more expensive, but didn't.

Adam came over and listened to my concerns. He quickly went to work while being very polite. Gave me a great estimate. We have 3 ACs which 2 were not working right and he got the other 2 working 100 percent. Also gave me information on how to maintain them.
