James, Rick and Adam did an amazing job and we're very knowledgeable...we've always recommended Air Excel to anyone asking for repairs or new systems and this time, we needed one ourself...would highly recommend!

Best there is in the city, I called on a Saturdayat 6:45 and they arrived within 10 minutes. Our AC was up in running within a hour of Robert arriving. James went out of his way to bring a replacement part to Robert so that he could fix the issue and for that I’m truly grateful. The price to replace was super reasonable. If you need any HVAC work Air Excel Heating& Cooling is the way to go.

Duane gave me a great price, and the service from Adam and Justin was top notch of the replacement of my air conditioner (package unit w/ heater) along with the supply and return ducts under the house. This included a new concrete pad, thermostat and haul off the of the old unit, all done in less than 4 hours. Duane and Air Excel will always be my first call.

Duane was awesome he explained everything pretty well for us. He was very quick in doing the diagnose. Definitely recommend him. We will have him coming back out to fix the heater!

This is an honest, down to earth, quality driven, service focused company vs their competitors who are sales oriented businesses. Truly a breath of fresh air!! They are a smaller business meaning you are serviced by a seasoned expert focused on getting things right as they should be without dealing with a low level employee who has been hired and trained to sell you a bunch of high dollar services that are unnecessary. My son used them first to correct a leak that other companies missed. Highly recommend and will continue to call on them if needed.

I cannot say enough great things about James and his team at Air Excel Heating and Cooling! My mother-in-law was about to get taken advantage of by another company (who quoted her an outrageous $20,000 to replace her condenser and air handler). Thankfully, I called James at 7:00 PM, and he immediately took the time to listen, assess the situation, and offer a fair solution.

By the very next day, James and his crew had the new Rheem system installed, at about HALF the price of the other quote. They were professional, clean, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. It’s rare to find a company with this level of honesty, responsiveness, and quality workmanship.
