The service rep was very knowledgeable was very polite came in change the shocks and opened drain holes on the samsung washer fast and courteous i would recommend him to anyone.

STAY AWAY. Seriously.
Called this company to fix my dishwasher. Spoiler: I should’ve just bought a new one.
The tech barely spoke English, so troubleshooting happened via Google Translate. After some guesswork, I was told the motherboard needed replacing. Paid about $400 after being offered a “pick-your-price” deal (🚩).
Dishwasher broke again days later. Same tech returned, clearly confused, and admitted the issue was caused by his own mistake - he got a sensor wet while moving the unit.
Then things got better… my microwave breaker started tripping. Turns out the dishwasher was plugged into the wrong outlet, courtesy of this company. My electrician friend fixed it — thankfully.
Now the dishwasher is broken again, and they sent the same guy back like nothing happened. Different issue, but somehow connected to the part they replaced… so I was quoted for yet another new part.
At this point i decided to get a new appliance and not deal with this comapny ever again. When I asked for at least a partial reimbursement, the supervisor’s response was:
“You did see the quote when you sign, didn’t you?” (VERY RUDE, btw)
Unprofessional, careless, and a total waste of money. Learn from my mistake: replace the appliance, not your patience.

I had a very frustrating experience with Quality Repairs. At first, I appreciated how they followed up with me to schedule an estimate on my time. I had already received an estimate from the manufacturer’s vendor, so when I spoke with a manager at Quality Repairs, he gave me an estimate over the phone but said a tech would still need to come out (with a fee) and that the tech would arrive prepared to fix my oven.

Unfortunately, that was not the case. The tech came, looked over my oven, and told me I’d get an estimate later and would need to schedule another appointment for the actual repair. This was not what the manager had promised, and it was frustrating.

Things only got worse from there. My scheduled appointment day came, but the tech (Jose) was a no-show. He later texted saying a previous job ran long. We rescheduled, but again he was a no-call, no-show. When I confronted him, he claimed he had tried to call me, but I had proof he hadn’t—no missed calls, no texts, no voicemail. I even sent screenshots to the office showing the truth.

I tried to escalate to a manager, but my calls were ignored. Strangely, when my wife called from her phone, they answered immediately. She explained our frustration with the repeated cancellations and dishonesty, but still no manager ever followed up. After two weeks, I finally got a call back, and they said the manager would come out to do the repair—but only at a time that required my wife to miss work.

Eventually, the repair was completed, but the entire process was filled with broken promises, poor communication, and wasted time. After this experience, I will not risk dealing with Quality Repairs again.

Prompt response to initial service request which was impressive. Subsequent to the initial visit, it became a waiting game with broken promises necessitating one to have to alter plans for a service return more than once, email promise to come at a specific time and no show until technician who doesn’t speak English, arrives at first scheduled time rather than the changed time requested earlier today where he proceeds to inform me via an English speaker on his cell that he could not repair the stove. Which puts me back to square one after 4 days if expecting a working stove.

Amado, arrived on time and provided us with superb customer service. He was friendly, professional, and highly competent and resolved our issue and addressed all of our questions promptly. It was a pleasure having him and working with Quality Repairs.

Experienced the rough start with quality repairs. They responsed to my review immediately . They went over and above to correct my complaint especially charging tax on labor.
The fridge in RV broke. Pedro and the company genuinely care about their customers.
Despite the initial issue, I end with a positive recommendation.

DONT TRUST!
At first I thought this company was going to be good. Good at communicating appointment times and part status. However, after the job was done, the tech accidentally dropped a heavy part and cracked my kitchen tile. I was very patient because accidents happen, but after promising me they would fix it and waiting for many month, I realize they never had any intentions in fulfilling their promise. I was told a contractor would call me and replace tire but after many call backs from me no contractor ever called or showed up. I even have the replacement tile so shouldn’t be that difficult for them but no show. Even spoke to supervisor and still nothing. Recommend being careful in trusting this company
