My technician, Pedro, from Quality Repairs was awesome! I was having trouble with my range/oven and dishwasher. He knew immediately what the problems were and fixed both. He communicated with me the approximate time of his arrival and let me know when he was on his way. The cost of repairs was very reasonable. I highly recommend Pedro from Quality Repairs.

Refrigerator wasn't cooling and was accumulating water on the top tray. Tech came in very polite, professional. Over $600 to fix that and a small part of the dryer. All good I thought this was a good decision. 3 weeks later the fridge stop working. He came out, didn't fix it and sent via email another invoice for almost $300.00. I said ok, I just want this fixed. No more calls, only emails saying we will call you today and then the next day , no calls. Finally scheduled an appointment to accommodate their schedule and now show no call. Even after agreeing to pay the additional invoice to get it fixed. It is so unfortunate to be dealing with unreliable companies like this. Very frustrating when you put your trust hold your side even if it feels over priced and still no response or consideration.

Very good service. Professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job on the service I requested. Punctuational, here when he said he would be. Always called prior to arrival.

same day service means they come and diagnose but don't send an estimation the same day.So you still end up waiting for the repair.

Anna @ company hard to understand English. Charge $99 for tech to come to our home for estimate. $99 is to high and good bye. She called back and said disconnected call. I said we hung-up after saying $99 is to high and good bye, She lowered $99 to $59. Appointment made for next day 9-2. At 1 p.m., she called and said tech will be 2 hours late and will reschedule for tomorrow. No thanks and we hung-up. Man with accent called and said reschedule for 2 business days. We stated today between 4 to 6. Agreed! At 5 p.m., Anna called and said tech has car trouble and needs to reschedule for 2 business days. I took the entire day off. She just texted me an incoherent text. DO NOT USE QUALITY REPAIRS.

Very disappointed with this company. They called me at the last minute to cancel, even though from the beginning it seemed like they already knew they weren’t going to show up today. It felt like they just wanted me to commit, with no real intention of following through. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be using their services again and definitely do not recommend them.

Approved estimate now office can’t tell me if piece is in stock until after 2:00. That’s unacceptable these are tenants and want and answer. I need to give them a better reply then that

The technician Came out October 17 .2026 and December 19, 2025 my refrigerator stop working. I text the technician and called and he read my messages and is not responding.
