I do not recommend this place, it is the worst. Then the person who serves you has a bad character. If they mess up before the month is up, they do not solve the problem, it is a waste of money. I do not recommend it.👎

This is a very shady business, they charged me for the wrong part to fix my fridge and it worked for a second to then get worse. I called the following day for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do but to sell me a new fridge for a great deal...the fridge they were selling was said to even have factory warranty. I looked up on YouTube the right part, bought it, switched the old one they charged me for that was unfixable and unreturnable according to Juan Carlos, and the fridge miraculously worked perfectly fine. When you call them and your appliance gets worse and all they do is try to sell you another one, that's when you know they live to scam people. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU!

I am a first time client and I believe I got ripped off. I bought a washer and dryer in April. The first time we used them the clothes lasted over 1 hour and were still damp. The dryer does not dry. And the washer center post barely rotates or washes. Clothes are dingy after one cycle. A tech was sent who recommended we remove the dryer metal vent hose from the wall. Now heat vapor will fill the laundry room. That is unheard of. This was his solution. Very shady business. Selling used appliances that do NOT work at a basic level! I accept I threw away $400 dollars. Do not recommend them.

Tienen mal servicio al cliente con la garantía te tratan mal si le reclamas por la mala calidad de las cosas no te dan fecha muy mal servicio 🥹🥹

Compré una lavadora y secadora usadas y después de 8 meses dejó de funcionar. Fueron horribles con el servicio de atención al cliente diciendo que pasarían y verían el problema, pero nunca aparecieron, reprogramaron e hicieron lo mismo. Ten cuidado al comprar un artículo usado porque la garantía o arreglarlo será un dolor de cabeza.

No son confiables ni profesionales. Llamé ayer 28 de febrero para sacar una cita para hoy 1ro de marzo a las 11am a solo media milla de donde ellos radican y me dijo una persona llamada Humberto que no me preocupara que ahí estarían. El inquilino se quedó esperando hasta la a 1pm y nada. He llamado varias veces para reclamar esta falta de profesionalismo y por supuesto no me responden. Puesto y convidado queda este negocio. Tengan cuidado!
