This company is absolutely amazing for home appliances! They’re very professional and transparent on pricing. They fixed my microwave in no time, highly recommend.

Tech came, diagnosed, ordered part, came back to do the repair. He cleaned up, got paid and left. Very nice man.

Cesar initially responded in a timely manner and kept me posted, but did not know his work, unfortunately the job end up being a disappointment, the part order did not make a difference miss diagnose and when ask to return to take second look did show up only to say house is hot give it time, and call office for refund don't speak English, a manager entertain a weekend call from me assure me.someone will return in week no one came,they offer me a reimbursement on 1/3 of what was spend, when paid for initially visit the fridge was not move inspected inside or behind, leaking from bottom did not try to figure the three area that may cause a leak, just change the outer ice and water part, ice was working prior,.it stop.after working on fridge, mean while leaking outside bottom of fridge, it's like say what's happening and the consumer decide if want to pay to fix or get a new fridge, but did not get that option, feel rip off

Repair was made to washer. Used the washer once everything fine. Second time started doing the same thing again. Called for repairman and getting a promise but no show, no call. I see scam

They came out very quickly. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the part . In a few days they came back and repaired my oven. They came when they said they would and communicated well. I would use them again .

My washer broke down Sunday evening as my kids were getting ready to wash their school uniforms for the week. Imagine my FRUSTRATION 🫤 😤. It was 8pm and there the washer sat full of WET laundry😮‍💨.First thing Monday morning i jumped on Google and looked up washer repair. Quality repairs popped up and i decided to give them a shot. I made the call and was able to leave a voicemail. Within 30 min they returned my call and scheduled my appt. For the next day. Tuesday came and the technician showed up and was able to diagnose the problem. The drainage pump had gone bad. He let me know that they would have to order the part which would take 2 days. Also they were very accommodating to my schedule. My husband and I both get out out after 5 and they came over at 6pm. The piece came in and they came over and replaced it! We are back in business 😎 🙌🏽.

Very knowledgeable and professional technicians! My exterior ice maker has been giving us issues for quite some time. The technicians came out and everything was explained in great detail. I was given options on how to proceed. Unlike some companies, I felt like I was not being lied to so they can make a quick dollar. The technician opened the top of the stove to check the burners, and when he closed it, he didn't do it correctly, leaving the top loose. Instead of securing the stove with the three screws on the front panel, he only used two, and my wife and I noticed that the whole thing was wobbly when we went to clean it, which is very dangerous.

The repairman was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and at a reasonable price. I was happy with the work and will definitely refer my neighbors and friends.

We were so thrilled when Pedro showed up at our home when our refrigerator stopped working. We called Quality Repairs & Pedro was here within an hour or so. Pedro was very professional, knowledgeable & very serious as he knew exactly what needed to happen! (which we needed as we were a mess). Pedro calmed us down & let us know in detail what the issue was & how it was going to be resolved quickly as possible.
