My biggest fear came true!!! Thanksgiving & my fridge decides to not cool.
I decided to give Appliance City Corp a try as they have over 20 years of experience in appliance repair. I sent off an email with Make/model/seral number of fridge. Even wrote it was a French door fridge. Unfortunately with it being a holiday, I did not check my email and they had responded for me to call - even though I had inc my cell number.
I called the very next day- and the gentleman who answered had no idea what I was talking about and stated it must have been the "other guy" . So I explained to to him what was happening to my fridge & I made sure to let him know it was a French door fridge w/ freezer on the bottom. He sounded so confused on the phone & finally just blurted out- Nostros no revisamos eso tipo de refrigeradores- son muy complicados. These are not new fridges, actually there are so many in the market that one has a menagerie which to choose from.
I do not know how this company has survived so long and has yet to keep up with the latest trend of French Door fridges which began in the 90's.
I called another company that has even more experience emailed them and received a call within mins. Very professional and accommodating with the time.
I will not recommend this repair shop to anyone porque sus appliances pueden ser muy complicados para que ellos te lo arreglen.

I contacted Appliance City Corporation when my washing machine stopped working. The company response was quick. They sent Frank Suarez who fixed my issue. He helped me quickly and was so honest. The fare was fair. He even offered some welcome advices about maintenance of the washer. Very professional!. I’m really appreciated of Frank's help. I will be saving his number for any future appliance issues.

I spoke with them over the phone and explained my problem. He was very honest and explained it was too expensive to repair. He could've charged a diagnostic fee and told me the same thing. I truly appreciated his honesty and not taking advantage of me.
Although I didn't get it resolved it's important to acknowledge people who are honest. There are very few who aren't. I'll be calling them for any other appliance repair needs for the future

Ridiculously expensive! They charged me $285 for 1 hour of labor and marked up the part I needed by $90! Part on Amazon $123.50 they charged me $210!

Called and got an appointment. The tech confirmed my appointment that morning (he said he would be arriving between 11 am and 1 pm) but then he never showed. He did not called to let me know that he was going to be late. After 3 hours of waiting (it is already 4pm) after the appointment time, I called them and they still could not tell me when the repairman would show (if at all). I cancelled the service call and decided to go with a repair company that can actually keep their appointments - or at least tell you when they are running late.

Richard came to take a look at our Uline drink fridge, and he very quickly determined the issue and made a quick repair. Punctual, professional, and courteous. He did a great job, and we'll call him again for all of our appliance repair needs.

Please do not go to these thieves. Charged me over 1,000$ to fix my ice machine. Over 4 months of going back and forth because they kept on returning it broken, trying to charge me more and make more excuses for why it isn’t fixed. The owner doesn’t care and doesn’t want to repair the issues. Do yourself a favor, and find a normal company. We will be taking further actions.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent service we received from Le Grand Electronics. In the past, we had a technician who served us without any issues, and we were satisfied with the service provided.

However, today we had a vastly different experience. A different technician showed up, and without providing any estimate, went ahead and executed the service. Once he was done, he presented us with an invoice that included charges for parts, labor, and an unexpected "service fee" (which turned out to be a 'show up' fee).

To add to our surprise and frustration, we discovered that this technician is also the owner of the company, Juan. This experience was very upsetting and felt quite unprofessional. We expected transparency and clear communication, especially considering our past positive experiences with this company.

We’ve always had issues with our turbo chef ovens. Le grand is the place to call. They are a little old school with scheduling and sometimes that’s an issue but no matter what they always show up. We’ve been using their services for the last 4 years and they always take care of us at all of our location. Don’t call anyone else. They have the best service and best prices!

Great reliability, I put my Hood that was almost impossible and thanks to Frank, the impossible came true, they didn't do to contact them, I think they are the best at what they do.

The hvac installers Hialeah team removed old unit carefully, installed new 4-ton system with all new duct work in attic. They pulled permits, passed inspection first time. New thermostat is awesome, can control from phone. Energy bill dropped $90 first month. Crew was respectful, answered all my questions, worked late to finish same day. Wife is thrilled house finally stays 72 degrees no matter how hot outside. Worth every single dollar. Best investment we made since buying the house.
