I live at a condo on the beach. On Monday my ceiling fell down due to a leak in an old air conditioner that had been retrofitted for this building. Fortunately our Manager used Raircon in the past. By Wednesday at 6pm all was fixed. The workers, George Taboada and Javier Fernandez worked tirelessly and neatly all day. I was amazed at the work ethic and skill they showed. Even the price was fair! Having lived in Miami for almost 70 years, you can imagine what a wonderful surprise it was to deal with Raircon. I recommend you to all!

My AC stopped cooling in the middle of
south Florida summer, after some searching, found this Raircon company and called them, two hours later a technician was knocking my door. Long story short, I'm glad I made that call, the technician found the problem after some troubleshooting and explained to me in a way that I understood perfectly what was going on, he fixed and that night I slept like a baby in my freezing bedroom, was affordable and I learned for free a lot of air conditioner. Now I plan to replace my old inefficient unit for a brand new with higher SEER, and for sure is going to be Raircon in charge of that upgrade.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Came to my house for a plumbing emergency and told me give me a few hours and I will get you a quote. Forgot to call me back and when I called and sent texts they were all ignored. Wasted a week with a plumbing emergency dealing with this unprofessional business. Worst part it’s Hispanic owned and I’m Hispanic lol

I am not usually one to make reviews but Raircon has been a company that has completely blown me away. They not only know how to handle emergency situations regarding your air conditioning, but understand what is costumer service. They are always there to help and understand the stress you may be going under regarding your broken air conditioning. 10/10 would definitely recommend to others!

DO NOT USE. They are scammers. Please investigate, you will see plenty of cases like mine on line and they are true. Raircon is a scam, they will install faulty equipment to scam you into paying for their services over and over again.
I bought an air conditioning unit for my condo at nearly $5000 cost in 2020. less than a year later it stopped cooling. They came and repaired it (to be fair, for free) and admitted it was a faulty installation and the unit was leaking gas.
Now a year later I had exactly the same problem again. I called an alternative contractor since I don´t trust Raircon any longer and they confirmed that there was a gas leak on the valves, not anywhere else. They also confirmed that kind of leak is usually intentional, left by the repair service so that the client has to call them every year.
I called them to take care of the issue and they refused to come unless I pay them $220 in advance.

Best ac company I’ve dealt with in a while. Super professional and courteous and also prices were not as bad as other companies. I have a two bedroom townhouse and the service was simply amazing will be calling them in the future if I need it

From the very beginning the customer service was horrible. Not friendly and when asked if they could call me back, they never did. They scheduled a plumber to come between 2-4pm and at 4:03pm they call me to say the plumber had an emergency and wouldn’t be able to get someone out here. I took the day off to be able to be present while the person worked and they do not take into consideration people’s time. Worst customer service ever.
