Awesome service! Strong AC services our office on a monthly basis and I couldn't be happier. They even offered to give me 15% off any future repairs needed when i got into their maintenance plan. Very communicative and easy to work with, they truly explain everything and investigate your issues thoroughly to avoid having to come repair anything else in the near future.

These gentlemen are true craftsman. Came in and diagnosed the issue immediately, after having other technicians look at my unit and failed to fix my leak. Highly recommended.

Strong is a family owned company with dedicated employees who are professional in their work. I had a leak that was hard to find, and instead of telling me that I needed a new ac, the employee (owner) took the time to search for the problem and fixed it. I'm so happy with this company that whenever I have an issue in the future, I will be calling them.

We were very disappointed in the service from Strong Air. They were supposed to fix the HVAC unit that was still under warranty. The coils and a valve needed to be replaced. We paid for the labor on the repairs immediately. They made us pay for the parts which is not the norm. They received the warranty refund but did not give us the refund until we made several calls and asked a friend to intervene. They did not hook up the coils correctly, did not fix the settings, and did not add any freon. After they came back and hooked up the coils the HVAC unit was still not cooling. We continued to call them to come back to fix the HVAC unit but they refused to answer our calls and text messages. We had to call another HVAC contractor to finish the job.

I have been using the services of Strong Air for 16 years, since the brothers were kids and came with his father. They learned the business from dad and now that they are grown men one takes care of the electric side and the other one takes care of the a/c. They serve my residence and another house that I own. They are both wonderful, respectful and knowledgeable. My neighbors now use their services as well.
