I purchase a brand new ac unit for my house and i been calling many times for service, under warranty and this people never answer the phone or return text messages about my problems with the unit.

Yohan has got a very professional team in Universal HVAC Corp - Heating & Cooling Repair Hialeah. I choose Gorge because is the most responsive among others and his fee quote is also very competitive. He helped me cleaned the PTAC unit, added Nest thermostat to it, replaced the motorized valve and coils. The quality of the work is exceptional. He also checked in afterward to see if the system is running well.

This company is the best in the market for HVAC repair. Their technicians are certified, licensed, and experienced. They have reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company!

I found Universal HVAC year ago on Google after going through a number of AC repair people and still having the same problem of our Air Conditioner randomly shutting down. George came out quickly in the heat of the summer, was able to correctly diagnose the problem and provided a quick affordable repair on our Carrier AC unit. Our unit previously would blow the circuit breaker randomly and has since ran flawless for over a year.Thank you George for the great service and competent repair!

I had a horrible experience with this company. I was initially told the A/C tech was going to arrive between 9am and 11am. After many delays without calls from them to let me know the reason for the delay, someone showed up at 7pm. The tech told me that he was going to check if the exterior unit was under warranty, but that he could give me a better price than the company. I asked him for the A/C serial number for me to verify for myself if the A/C unit was under warranty. He then proceeded to tell me he "did not like my tone", told me a series of lies, and eventually admitted he did not get the number to verify if the equipment was still under warranty. He was probably planning to tell me that he had checked and it was not under warranty... just to make an extra buck... The service I received from this company was unprofessional in every way and I will not call them again.
