Unfortunately all their sales are final, even if the part was never installed and was purchased within 24 hours. They do not even offer a restocking fee. I guess since I do not have a commercial account I do not have that luxury.

Very bad customer service and unprofessional I lost money because of them I called ahead and give them the model number for the part and they were closing at 4pm so I told the guy on the phone can he put it on the side so it will be ready for pick up he said np when I get there the lady was so disrespectful keep saying tomorrow I was like I called ahead and I’m here already she said you need the part number I said I already talked to the guy and keep saying we’re closed it’s so annoying dealing with unprofessional people what a waste of time I will never ever go there for life I’ll make sure my friends too

Llevo cuatro años de haber instalado el servicio , siempre responden y resuelven en el mismo día, una compañía en la que puedes confiar, difícil de encontrar en estos tiempos.

Have had a horrible experience with their service. Had brand new inside and outside units installed by their techs less than two years ago. Now the A/C system is having issues and after chasing them for an entire day they answered only because we physically went to their business, promised that a tech would be onsite within 30-45 minutes. I missed work to wait for the technician, 2 hours after their ETA went by, called them again, then they said they talked to someone and they had told them that nobody was home, although nobody actually cam to the house. Then they told be it would be another 30-45 minutes since then, 2 more hours later, they did not show up. I called again and they said they cold not get in touch with the installer but would send another installer in about 2 hours. Not surprisingly 3 hours later nobody showed up. CONSIDER ONLY OF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT BEING BURNED WITH THE SERVICE AREA.
