I agree 110% w Gustavo.
We had a brand new HVAC system installed and have had nothing but, problems w the unit.
We have called the office and the owner and No one ever calls back.
We’ve tried everything to get support. The unit keeps shutting off, lights blinking and am so frustrated that I’m ready to call the BBB and or take them to court.
The unit was hooked up to my spa fuse. They kept saying they would fix it but, to this day it’s still unchanged.
Since I’m financing this system I’ll call the bank and see what my options are. I’m not going to keep paying for a system that doesn’t work or to a company that refuses to have the common courtesy to return a call.
A honest company doesn’t treat their customers like this. Jmho

The company installed our new AC in 2017 and everything went well. They even came for maintenance later on and it went smoothly, too. Now we are having issues with the compressor, which they are supposed to cover by the warranty we paid . We contacted the number that shows on their website. Today it has been 6 days that we have been contacting them to come and fix it, and they keep saying they will do, but they haven't. We have been calling them since last Wednesday. On Saturday, one person came and identified the issue. He said he could not fix it, and would send someone on Monday. Since then, we have spoken to more than 7 different people already, every day they say they would send the technicians, they give us the time they will supposedly come, and they just don't. This is the most disrespectful, unprofessional service I have ever received . I cannot even turn on the AC because, according to the person that came on Saturday, we had to turn it off. I have a school-age kid that has been living in this heat the last few days because of how unprofessional this company is. Finally, 2 technicians today came after so many complaints and now the issue is not the same the first guy said. Again, we have to wait and see if they have the part they need at the warehouse. More and more wait!!
Finally, they fixed the problem after all these days I do want to say the technicians were very good and fast, but they had never been notified of the issue all this time. So, obviously it tis the management that is not working for this company. Whatever changes they have made at the company recently, it's ruining the company's reputation.

Great company and people to work with, I feel so luck to have come across these. They replaced our old Air Conditioning unit without fuss and at a reasonable price. It is with great pleasure to recommend their workmanship. Well done to all who installed our new Daikin unit.

Universal HVAC is the only company to visit for your HVAC needs. They are professional, intelligent, concerned and "always on time". This company is the one to use again and again. The prices are fair and the work is reliable. They have replaced and repaired at least 5 air conditioning units at my homes well as in commercial property that I own and I have always been very pleased with their honest service.

Yohan was very accommodating. I was having my roof replaced at the same time as the furnace, and he was able to schedule my furnace installation on short notice and in time for the roofers to seal up the flashing for the new flue pipe. He also came back the day after the installation to address some follow-up questions I had. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received from Yohan and the Universal HVAC Corp - Heating & Cooling Repair Hialeah and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future work.

This air conditioning business has been taking care of me for well over a year. They're always there to lend a hand, and they never fail to deliver on time. A rare find: an organization that installs air conditioners with pride and skill. I think this company is great and would tell anyone to get in touch with them ;)

I just had my second AC unit replaced by Universal HVAC Corp and received outstanding service from them, thank you sir! This is my second time working with Universal and I'm am even more satisfied by the attention of details and recommendations by him. Very professional, trustworthy and polite. I highly recommend using Universal Services and they are much more reasonable than other companies. The service crew did an outstanding job!

Very friendly before service. Called me 10 plus times to get me sign the contract. Then crickets. When calling to find out when the AC will be installed, no answer and when Deigo answers, very short. Promises to call back and never does. Waiting for installation and found out permit wasn’t even put in to start the job. sorry but this is not it. No customer service at all. I called and cancelled and got another company. Good luck treating people badly after trying to spend money with your company

DO NOT USE THEM!
By far the worst company I have every had the displeasure of having to work with. Installed my unit a few years ago, and have had issues ever since.

First issue: upon install, they forgot to tighten a valve in the inside air handler and all the refrigerant leaked out, they came out and told me that this was a maintenance issue and since I have not taken care of the unit it caused a leak. It was 1 weeks since they installed the unit, once they figured that out they changed their tone and fixed it. if that doesn't yell "crooks" I don't know what does.

After that I have had a series of issues and since I have parts and labor warranty on my unit I have tried to call them out to fix it. They refuse to answer the phone, do not call back when a message is left (voicemail has been full for the last 3 weeks), they have a text option which they do not respond to, and I have sent multiple emails.

Overall, do not hire them. Do not have a system installed by them. But if you do, can you tell them to check their voicemail/texts/email and respond to me?

Good review, I promise! I did have to wait from 8:30am until 3pm but ultimately, these guys did come through and installed my self-purchased Google Nest thermostat and cleared out the lines. They originally installed my air handler and compressor in 2016. They Do know what they're doing! I was desperate, being without AC for 5 days, but they did the job and then some! Thank you Jorge and everyone who came!

Irvin and Jeff came out and fixed my AC and they also cleaned my coils and Ducts and put a UV light my ac unit was dirty i haven’t had it serviced in a while and they left it brand new my house cools amazing

After being jerked around and scammed by all of the other “A/C Experts” Ivan came to the rescue….he answered calls immediately and showed up when he said he would. His prices are more than fair and his quality of work was exceptional. He clearly proved that the other “experts” were trying to do nothing but rip people off. I would highly recommend him to everyone!
