I chose Smart Appliance Services because they had something like 50,000 5 star reviews. (*edit: though I distinctly remember there being this many reviews, I can’t find evidence of that. However, the screenshot included below shows nearly 1300 reviews, far more than the “six” claimed in the response.) I needed my dishwasher fixed (not an emergency) and they sent someone quickly…within a couple of days. I had to work, so my dad would let him in. He arrived early and finished the job at about the time he was supposed to have started. Having hand-washed our dishes, it wasn’t until the next night that we got to test it out. It worked! Once. The second time we ran the dishwasher, we had the same original problem.

This time they sent someone (same guy) after a few days…didn’t seem very important to them. He arrived, put his ear to the ground, and diagnosed the problem—a fix that would cost over $400.

We got a second opinion. This guy said we needed a plumber. The plumber came and fixed our problem. Total cost of the plumber and the second opinion was less than the $400 estimate. Thanks for nothing.

Alex was terrific. Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would and fixed both a washing machine and a ice maker. He actually steered us to less expensive solutions. we'll definitely use him again for appliance repair.

The Maytag washer I purchased recently is fantastic. The gentlemen that delivered it were very cordial and knowledgeable. I will go to ABC again and recommend it highly.

Gotten a washer an dryer from them almost 4 years ago, amazing price so helpful. Then about 1 year ago gotten a stand up freezer, worked perfectly fine thought it broke down took it back. But they called an said it worked. So grateful they told my husband an I that it worked. I guess the outlet was bad. Also my stepdad in law gotten a fridge from them about 2 months ago works great. So helpful and friendly.

Address shows an address in holiday Florida; however, when you click on it, it takes you to Dade City. Which isn’t really their fault, but when you call and ask if they have something, they do and you say you’re doing to come in. It might be something they should mention.

5 stars across the board for abc appliance.. we had a issue with a used washer we bought and on the last day of our warranty they brought us a whole new washer. These guys work hard and you can Rely on them! On top of that if you ever need a repair they are only 45$ to come out. That’s the best price I’ve ever come by!! We are gonna hold on to abc appliance for life!! Keep up the good work and don’t change Thankyou abc 💜

The simple. Bought a washer (90 day warranty). Broke in 9 days, said they're going to fix it, put a used broken part back in. When I noticed that the part was broken and called them 24 hours later they offered to fix it but I would have to bring the washer down myself a second time for the same problem as the first time. I live 8 miles out of their service area and since it was their fault they wouldn't even come out here to fix it or repair it. It's really sad too because 10 years ago I got great customer service. I won't be going back.

Been going here since I was a kid with my Dad. They've ALWAYS done an amazing job!! Last time I got a washer and it didn't spin out all the way, they replaced it no problem. 8 months later that same washer I thought was broke, so I take it to them and they diagnose the issue immediately and repair it with no trouble at all. They could have tried to sell me a new washer or take me for a huge repair but they are always honest and helpful. Will never go anywhere else! Thanks again guys!!
