If I could leave a negative review I would. We had an issue with our refrigerator not cooling and noticed a lot of ice in the freezer. My husband reached out to abc and they scheduled a time for their tech Brian to come out, which was faster than all other companies. When he came he informed me it was the fan not working, stated he would order the part and it would be in on Friday, however they did not have staff that day and it would be the following Tuesday for install. He gave me a price and I paid the $45 deposit. Tuesday came and we never received any communication of what time the tech would be there so I called and spoke with Sarah who said she didn’t have him scheduled and that he would be there on Thursday. I was very upset about this and she called him and let me know he’d be there between 2-4. Around 3 pm I went to check my mail and saw a sorry we missed you hanger on my door. I called the office again, and I admit I was quite upset. Apparently Brian doesn’t ring door bells only knocked. I work from home and my 3 children were all also here and no one heard him knock. He did agree to come back later that day. When he came back he said now it’s not just the fan, it’s the control board and he had to order a new part. Now we are week 3 into this no fridge ordeal and Brian returned. I left a note to please ring the bell, which I can only assume he did appreciate given his rude demeanor. He was here for 17 minutes and told me the fridge was completely unfixable and said he would not be fixing it. I tried to call my husband and he just walked out of my house without another word. This has been a nightmare. Sarah in the office has poor organization and scheduling skills and Brian-is he even qualified to do this job since he is unable to troubleshoot appliance issues at an appliance repair company. This has been a horrible and aggravating experience. If anyone reads this review and sees that maybe they have the quickest availability, do yourself ans wait for a reliable repair company and stay far away from ABC appliance.

We had electricity ran to our gazebo outside, two outdoor fans installed, a fan installed in one of our bedrooms, a front light fixture put in. Had a great overall experience from the time we contacted them. smiley face

We use Mann's Electric Corp to do a wide range of electrical work at MacDill Air Force Base on lift stations panels, waste water pumps, water treatment panels and building electrical and I am very pleased to have them as part of our team, they do quality work and they respond quickly.
