I usually like to get references from family/friends in the area. Locals are usually the best to ask. Hudson air came highly recommended neighbors/friends in Trinity East.

They did not disappoint. I called them about an issue with my air. They returned my call an hour later and added me to the end of the schedule that same day. The owner Brian came out and was able to fix our air in less than an hour. He is very professional. He did mention they give second opinions, so if you are not sure about your current company I would say give them a call.

Hudson Air has been my AC company for awhile now. Brian and His Family do a awesome job. They are honest and they always takes care of my family when are AC is down. 5 stars in my book!!

5 Stars for this company!!!! Our AC was not working last night and we thought for sure we would have to wait until the following day to get it repaired. We decided to call Hudson Air to leave a message but WOW we were told it was no problem and a repairman would be out within the hour. Right on time Jesse arrived and had our air up and running immediately. He also took the time to show us the different filters that needed to be changed and how often. He was very friendly and told us that if anything were to happen he would come back immediately! Needless to say it is cooler now then ever before! I highly recommend this company. They are professional and honest!

Brian provided a quick response to our call after 5pm and walked us through how to kick start our unit until he could come the next morning. He was honest, helpful, and on time fixing our repair to get our AC back up and running! My wife originally found Hudson Air through The JoyFM radio station and their business partners. We had several estimates when we needed a new AC system installed. Brian Hudson was very professional, honest and reasonably priced. His son Chris has come out to perform routine maintenance and was also very professional and answered our questions. Brian has come out a couple times recently to help us with a thermostat problem. The first time we had bought the wrong type of thermostat for our system. When we got the correct one, he came back out free of charge to program it specifically for our system. I highly recommend this business!

Hudson Air has cosistantly given me THE BEST service on my a.c. unit. I like the way Brian takes the time to walk me through what exactly is happening to the unit and what needs to be done to fix it. When the service is complete he then shows you why and how the unit will perform better. When Hudson Air leaves there is no doubt in my mind that my unit is working at it's most efficient, reliable capacity. Then the BEST part is the price. Unbeatable. Brian and his crew are ALWAYS there on time and with a ready to work attitude. I won't even think about using anyone else.

Brian has been servicing our AC for several years now and managed to keep our sixteen year old unit alive and well! He has always been quick to respond, treated us fairly and respectfully and never once have I questioned his pricing. When it came time to buy a new air unit late last year he was our man, and as always, did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Recently, he talked me through a simple fix over the phone rather than charging us for a visit. A true gentleman!

I recently had my HVAC replaced by Hudson Air and I’m very pleased to report, wonderful service, a very nicely written up estimate for a new system and a complete professional explanation in detail what it entailed. They gave me an estimated timeframe of how long the project would take, who would be here and when and stuck by exactly what they agreed to. I am very happy with my new system and highly recommend Hudson Air. Brian is the man in charge and I can’t say enough nice things about him. Very personal, professional and great at what he does. I have never known a more service-minded company -always putting the customer’s needs above their own comfort or schedule. Work is superlative level and always at a fair price. Hudson Air is the company you’re looking for if you’re tired of people not showing up, not doing the job well, and leaving you scrambling. No lie, I think we’ve used 5 different AC contractors since we moved down here. Hudson Air? A family-run business where skilled experienced workers show up as promised, do the work well, and offer excellent service with fair prices. Shortly after we bought a new-to-us house, we had Brian over to check the system and ductwork. We had him replace some sections where mold/mildew were present. Months later, just after the original owner’s AC warranty expired, Brian was back, trying to get it running again. Clearly, the system was dying, but we were offered intermediate repairs with the hope of putting off the expense for another year. Brian responded to our SOS calls nights, weekends, Sunday, all with no emergency after-hours charges. Ultimately, we decided to replace the entire system and Brian had his son install a temporary free standing AC unit in the primary bedroom so we’d be comfortable for the few days it took to get it installed. No additional charge. On top of that, Hudson Air did not bill us for the first few calls; Brian said he’d just write that off since we decided we wanted the new system. Who does that? Hudson Air. Old fashioned decency and consideration. Call them! You won’t be sorry.

Brian owner of Hudson Air came and gave us an estimate for a new HVAC system for our condo. We had 4 estimates and they were not the cheapest but offered us what we wanted with a 10 year all parts waranty, 1 year Labor warranty. We decided to have Brian and his crew install our new unit. I can't say enough good things about Brian Hudson and Hudson Air. I requested a full system swap out of my central AC. It was complicated as my house is older and it has been added on to. Plus, I wanted my outside unit moved off the back porch and around the side of the house so it's not annoying everyone when we're outside.

Brian came out and recommended a couple products plus a great electrician to meet our needs. #1, The American Standard line of air conditioning. WOW! What a beautiful thing to have such a quiet unit outside. You seriously can't hear it until your right on top of it. My unit is only about 8 feet from my neighbors Rheem unit and if theirs is on you can't hear mine at all! Plus, with the record hottest May for Florida (2019) my electric bill still dropped by 13 Kwh a day year over year. That's 377 Kwh of power we didn't use or pay for this year vs. last year even though it was the hottest May on record!

The second product he recommended was the MicroPure air cleaner. I'd asked for the UV light because I've seen it on other newer systems but Brian showed me the literature on the MicroPure and it sold itself. UV plus so much more! The system is amazing. We have cats and after about 6 weeks in service you'd never know they were here, at least not by your nose anyhow.

The office staff at Hudson Air is awesome too! They handled all the permitting and the paperwork for the Duke Energy rebate and the communication was top notch. My electric bill is only $30 this month because we got $200 back from Duke for upgrading to a more energy efficient unit!

As far as service you simply can't beat an honest ethical business with integrity. There were a couple, maybe a little "nit picky" things about my install I brought up with Brian after the first LOOONG day (did I mention my install was hard?) and he sent the guys back out right away to make it right to my satisfaction, he even came out himself one evening. It was not begrudgingly on his part either, he genuinely wanted to make us happy and ultimately that's exactly what he and Hudson Air have done.

If you're looking to do business with a company that will treat you with dignity and respect, where humans, not computers answer the phone and know who you are, with professional staff doing the work in your home and where the owner is going to make sure you're happy with their service, look no further.

Wow Hudson air came through for us! We were out of air for about two weeks. We were super afraid to call an HVAC company in fear that the repair might be out of budget. Hudson airy worked with us and was very empathetic to our unfortunate situation. The Hudson team came out and knocked out the issue in one day and we were back to having a cool house. A+ and highly recommend!

Brian at Hudson Air is the best! As a remote landlord when the AC fails and tenant is complaining it is necessary to have someone you can count on to get the job done in your absence. Brian and his team worked tirelessly for three days in adverse weather to install a new system. He interfaced with the tenant and myself so all were aware of the status and plan to complete. The work was professional, the price very fair, and the communications excellent. I highly recommend.
