We have been blessed to have Brian and his team servicing our AC and furnace/heating systems for several years, since we moved into the neighborhood in 2017. Excellent company that provided us with invaluable service. Definitely a company with exceptional knowledge of their business who does NOT cut corners, and still offers a fair price. Brian and his team were efficient, super clean, and really went the EXTRA MILE to finally rid us of the stress and worry we've had. After having a new A/C unit (plus rebuilt plenums) installed by a different company 2.5 years ago, we had nothing but problems. Brian was literally a "breath of fresh air" when he was immediately able to recognize the MULTIPLE issues causing water backup into our unit (which we all know means potential mold!). At the same time he was able to diagnose and fix issues with air supply/ return to different parts of our house that we thought we would just have to live with. It truly felt like we were rescued to have a company with true knowledge and experience of the whole picture and how all components work together. Unfortunately, it's hard to find companies like this today. We thank you for the work you did for us!

We had occasion to call Hudson Air, Inc. for service on our a/c. We already knew that they are reliable and honest after friends of ours had dealings with them. I knew if we needed an a/c company, Hudson Air, Inc. is who we would call. They call back immediately and come in a timely manner exactly as they say they would. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a/c service.

I have had multiple air conditioning companies come to my home and have been very unhappy UNTIL I called Hudson Air Conditioning. They are very professional, they do great work and they are less expensive than the other companies with whom I have worked.

They came out when they said they would be at my home, they worked quickly and efficiently and they even wear little booties over their shoes to keep our carpet clean!

They showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning and they fixed it for a tiny fraction of what the other companies have charged in the past.

I will NEVER call anyone else in the future. Hudson Air Conditioning is the ONLY company I will use and refer my friends. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommend. Excellent service, good pricing, honest company. Working with the owner Brian was a pleasant experience - he is very knowledgeable, polite, and gave me straight answers with no run around. My old a/c quit and Brian had a portable AC unit for me to use in the meantime - this kind gesture spoke volumes to me. I wish more contractors were this honest with an impressive work ethic. Highly recommend. Now I just need to find other trades (i.e. electrical, plumbing, etc.) with such high work standards!

I got 10 quotes from 10 different companies. Hudson air was not only the best priced but after some research had the best air conditioning system I could find in the area! He has not installed the system yet (because of issues on my end not his!) but that being said I'm beyond amazed right now at his desire to go above and beyond what it takes to not only get the contract but make a person smile. He is the only contractor that answered and returned my calls after hours and actually called me to check if I had any questions about the estimate! These things to me seem like basic good manners and common sense when running a business. But after talking to 10 different companies apparently they are not! If I'm this happy with his service now I cannot wait to see what happens after the job is done! Hudson Air installed a new AC unit at our home in October. At the time, our AC was completely inoperable. Brian, the owner, offered us free-standing AC units to borrow whether we accepted his quote or not! Recently we had a power surge that damaged the AC wiring outside. A Hudson Air tech was out the same day and resolved the issue so that we could sleep comfortably! This is the only company we spoke with that offered a 2 year labor warranty. We recommend Hudson Air, and plan to use them for all our heating and cooling needs.

Very honest - not always easy to find.

Brian and Chris helped my Dad and were always good to him. We used them for our AC after having numerous problems with another AC company. Brian got back with me when I called and his Tech Chris took care of our problems in no time. He was knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly and the price was right. Chris is professional and goes the extra mile. Just called Brian with question and he had no problem taking time to answer it. We will be using Hudson Air for our AC needs. Thanks guys!

Have been to my home multiple times, mostly because they had to make return trip to fix shoddy work.

As of now, the owner Brian owes me a $225 refund for poor quality work. He has been screening my calls and also rejected my new AC claim through my home warranty, since my system still isn't working correctly after visits on 9/2,9/19 and 10/6. Probably to avoid actually paying the refund he promised me, that is written on his last work order. If anyone wants proof of my claims, I will gladly email you copies.

One of his employees took the liberty of using my bathroom without my permission. I heard him open and close some cabinets while he was in there, not quite sure what he was looking for. I would have gladly said yes if he'd asked, and I would have liked to have discussed this with the company owner before posting it online, but he won't answer my phone calls.

The only positive thing I can say is that his tech Chris is a good guy and knows his stuff.

I would avoid this company unless you wish to have similar experiences.

Brian, answer the phone and send me the check that you promised. Trust me, you won't have to worry about me calling for your services again.

*10/17 update: I had my girlfriend call anonymously and Brian returned her call. I got on the phone and asked when I could expect my refund, and he said he put it in the mail today. Hopefully it's true.

Also, I had another AC service come to diagnose my latest problem. When Hudson was last here on 10/6, they either poorly soldered back the freon line or cracked it, as all my freon had escaped and my AC had been losing cool since then.

So now I owe another $100 copay to my home warranty provider to fix a problem that was caused by this company.

I turned my A/C on and nothing happened. I googled solutions... and none worked. I went up to my crawl space and worked up a sweat trying to figure out what in the world was going wrong. It was a weekend so I was worried about my family melting until Monday when I could get a professional out to save the day. I gave Brian Hudson a call and he came out within the hour to fix my problem.

There are some things that a normal guy like me can fix, but guys like Brian at Hudson Air have 30+ years of experience in the business and his level of expertise got the issue fixed quick and at a great rate.

He’s also just a nice guy, the whole staff is. Kindness and integrity still mean something to the guys at Hudson Air and that matters.

From the moment that I first called Hudson Air they were patient, consultative, and provided more advice and guidance than I expected. The pricing was better than the competition, their service delivery and installation time was faster, and once the job was complete, there was no mess or action needed from me.

Subsequently I called Hudson air for support, which happened to be during a Hurricane warning. I didn't expect to get through but called for advice on the off-chance that I could resolve something myself. Not only did Brian call me back to provide some direction - from a hurricane shelter - he also called me again the next day to check on me.

I recommend Hudson Air to anyone. Hands-down they understand their customers and the need for good, reliable service, so much so that I have never experienced better.

Hudson Air always takes the BEST care of us! They always provide the best service, and work so hard to make sure our home stays cool (especially during the summer months)! Hudson Air will always be our go-to AC company.

From start to finish our experience with Hudson Air was a 10 out of 5 star experience. Brian took the time to inform us how to take good care of the unit and what we could do to make the home more energy efficient. When something minor went wrong and we were without A/C a tech drove an hour down to St. Pete at 11pm and worked into the night to fix it. The tech Chris was outstanding and we were extremely happy from A - Z. Whether in Trinity, Tarpon, or Tampa I would suggest noone other than Hudson Air.

The best quality, with transparency, integrity, and a real blessing! They did a full change out and conversion from closet to attic in one day! They even received a bad part from the supplier and made it a point to pay for rush delivery so we wouldn’t go without air. Best pricing and a family owned small business. So good. My wife and I are thankful for Hudson Air!

If your looking for an honest upfront company, look no further. My air conditioning went out Friday (7/14). Airwest came out as I've used them before. Said compressor was gone and didn't care it was 85 inside in Florida. Their sales never called until Monday. Brian at Hudson Air not only came on that same Friday, fixed my unit. He even brought a portable unit in case he couldn't fix the problem. He questions asked and no expectation I could continue his service.

Buying a new unit which was also $1,000 cheaper than US Air and install tomorrow.

We were very pleased with Hudson Air's replacement of our failed HVAC system (both the Heat Pump and Air Handler). The team did an excellent job removing and replacing each unit, with no issues or damage getting them in and out of our home/property. A couple things did not initially go as planned, but that's when Brian and Hudson Air did their best. They quickly addressed the surprises, including an extra run to their distributor for new part(s). Still finished the install on the same day, and Brian personally checked-in to ensure new system functioned properly. Will gladly Hudson Air again for future HVAC work.

Brian Hudson and his entire team at Hudson Air are top notch! Not only do they have a clear passion and expertise in HVAC systems, they genuinely care about their clients. Their communication, responsiveness and professional etiquette cannot be matched within the HVAC industry.
