James T is by far, the best of the best. Thorough, courteous, and so knowledgeable. He really went out of his way to make sure I understood the issues I've been having with a unit that was installed by another AC company in a home I've just purchased. I'm concerned about air quality, and James is making sure we address things in the most efficient way possible for me.

From the beginning to end, Luis conducted himself in a friendly professional manner. He answered any questions I had, and explained things along the way. This was by far one of the best service call experiences I've had. Highly recommended.

Luis did a great job! Gave me a few tips on how to make the system run better in the future. Will call again if I run into trouble.
Also, Corey was very efficient on the phone, comprehended everything, read flawless info back to me, was pleasant and polite.

Hot2Cold is the best HVAC maintenance group I’ve worked with. I hate to say it’s been a few of them, but most of them Are simply looking to get what they can out of you. Hot2Cold is better. Their front office is efficient and makes things easy and every technician they sent to my house over the years, has been professional and highly capable

James has been out to service our AC unit in the past. He is friendly, polite and professional. He found the problem right away and had the needed part on his truck. James checked everything out and was done in about an hour. All was great. It was nice to be on the maintenance program. The part we needed cost less and our fee for the visit was only $1 and was applied to the part purchased.

My AC died on a Sunday in late July. I live in FL. I called Hot 2 Cold Air Conditioning, which has been absolutely wonderful! They were the only ones who were able to come the same day...a Sunday! James came out and very kindly explained everything. He was able to get me scheduled for an install the next morning and at a great price. The installers were very nice and did a wonderful job. James followed up to make sure everything had gone well. They went above and beyond to help and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Corey did a great job. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. Our house is currently cooling down and I couldn't be happier.

Rodney was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. My issue was made very complicated by two other companies and ridiculously expensive. He took the time to inform me of maintenance and simplified common issues and preventive measures. Would completely recommend him and the stellar service of Hot2Cold.

I asked the tech to check my refrigerant. He said “oh wow, you’re at least 5 pounds low on R22. You have a leak and you might as well get a new system because we charge $300 PER POUND OF R22!!!!!”

I knew the tech was just trying to sell me a new system for nothing, so I spent $600 on a set of professional AC gauges because my gauges suck and I’m lazy about certain things like manual calculating my sub-cooling numbers.

What you’re looking at are perfect numbers. My system needs NOTHING!!!! Your low side pressure should be between 60-80 PSI giving the ambient temperature, your high side should be between 150-175 PSI, and my subcooling should be between 10-15 degrees.

This is why I have trust issues with “professionals.” I just saved my self $9,000 on a new system or $1,969 on refilling R22 that I didn’t need. Unbelievable.

Let me first say...I've worked beside A/C contractors for many years and know professionals when I see them; Hot 2 Cold really impresses me. My technician was James, highly knowledgeable and professional with a great personality; he pointed out key issues and settings on my evap that no other A/C tech was able to find (or cared about) in 10 years! I really appreciated the detail in which he explained what was wrong with my system and for giving me guidance with multiple options on repair and then emailing them to me. Going forward, H2C will be our new A/C service and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I called L & R because my a/c stopped working. Lauren answered the phone and scheduled a same day service call for us. Randy arrived on time and identified the issue quickly. He had our a/c up and running within 30 minutes. We needed a new variable speed blower. The cost of the part was very reasonable. Randy came back the following Monday and had it installed within an hour. I cannot say enough about L & R and Randy. L & R truly puts the customer first. They are trustworthy, reliable, and pricing is more than fair. I highly recommend L & R!!! Needless to say, I will be recommending them to all our family, friends, and neighbors!!!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is. After receiving multiple wrong diagnoses and unfair estimates from other companies I gave L&R a call and they were honest a professional from day one. Randy was super thorough and ran multiple tests before making a diagnosis and fixed our HVAC unit extremely fast. Other companies told us it would take months to get the part we needed, but Randy and his team found a compressor and had our unit fixed that week. I also have to give a big thanks to Lauren who handles all the phone calls and communications. She kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for a truly honest company with great employees I highly recommend L&R. Their costumer service is unmatched.

Had an issue with my ac not turning on and Dean came out and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and answered any questions I had and even explained the noise I was hearing and why the part wasn’t working. I had to wait a day with no ac since Dean would have to get the part to install but he put me on his schedule for the first service in the morning. I would rather wait than go with any other company. Will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great company for any ac services.

Randy and Matt arrived promptly. We’re very professional with their work. This is the second time I’ve used L&R air conditioning. I have two more jobs they’ll be doing for me in the next 2 weeks. For my rental property and new property .

I don't think you can get a better A/C contractor for the money. Randy's crews of excellent journeymen have installed standard and split A/C's in our beach condo and home at very competitive prices accompanied by conscious service follow-up. These guys will go above the call of duty to make sure your A/C system works! Kudos to Peter and Alaine!
