There were two gentlemen they were clean they were efficient they were professional they stopped and answered and showed me when I asked questions hey cleaned up so well you can't even tell they had been there I asked for business cards so I could share them with my friends will recommend them definitely

I can't begin to express how wonderful Randy and his team are. We called them this morning because our air conditioner wasn't working They came right out. He assessed the problem and immediately took care of it. When we told him we needed to have our unit cleaned. He called someone to come out today also. They both were so professional and took time to answer all our questions. This was a terrific experience and exceptional customer service. This was after we were told by another company yesterday that we needed a whole new unit. Highly recommend this company

Tech did a great job. Thank Al Gore for the price of Freon. Also they did a great coil cleaning that was neglected by another company on a maintenance call a year ago.

I called Randy a few months back for another issue and he was very helpful even though I didn't use his company for services. Fast forward to about 230 this morning after I had a weird surge in my home and then a loud/weird noise outside and compressor/condenser had died. The woman that answered by 230am call was very professional and said someone would be out first thing in the morning. Before 830 am, Chris showed up and was nothing short of amazing. He was very thorough, walked me through everything, and kept me updated along the way.

Randy as well and called me about the new condenser we were buying and was extremely transparent with pricing and explaining everything to me so I was aware of what they were doing, why they were doing it!!

Highly recommend anyone who needs AC service to call Randy and Chris first at L&R, you will not be disappointed!!

I was very happy with the quick service received from L&R, I called late in the afternoon and a tech was at my door early the next day. The person they sent found the problem quickly and had our A/C back up and operating fast! The tech was friendly, explained the issue and talked about the warranty for part installed. A great experience.

Brian and his team were amazing! After a heafty electric bill, the came out immediately and found issues with our old ac. I was so please with Hudson Air. We are Home Warranty Customers. The Home Warranty company HWA was awful to deal with. Hudson Air staff went above and beyond to make to treat us like people and not a process. Brian and his team gave excellent service.
