Flawless Mini‑Split Installation From Start to Finish

I had a mini‑split system installed by Steve’s Air Conditioning & Heating, and the entire experience was exceptional from the very first phone call. Jessica in the office was friendly, organized, and made scheduling effortless. Ernie came out quickly to look at the space, explain what I needed, and provide a clear proposal without any pressure.
On installation day, Justin and Carlos were everything you hope for in technicians: polite, professional, efficient, and extremely respectful of my home. They worked quickly, communicated what they were doing, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Their workmanship was neat, thoughtful, and clearly done with pride.
The company handled everything — coordinating with the electrician, pulling the permits, and scheduling the inspection — which made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. I couldn’t be happier with the business, the employees, their work ethic, or the final result. Highly recommend Steve’s Air Conditioning & Heating for anyone needing a mini‑split installed.

I used Steves 12 years ago for my first ac i was beyond pleased with the service that when I needed new ac and duct work I felt no need to call around I knew that I would be treated right with Steves 12 years ago the guys that came out were amazing they were very understanding to my then 2year old trying to ask millions of questions as I tried to keep him from bothering them they said it is fine he is just curious and the entertainerd his questions they had him help with handing things and carrying small trash like tape and what not now 2021 i called again and the service is if not the same is better the lady that answers the phone is so kind and has a great phone voice the gentlemen that came to my home for the estimates were just as amazing as i would have expected I cant say if the are the cheapest because I did not call around for estimates but I can guarantee they are the best at customer service and not just a one time deal customer service that has been great for at least 12 years if they are still in business when I need another ac I will without hesitation call them again

I called and was greeted by friendly office personnel. I got an appointment right away and although they were unable to provide services for my needs, the tech was very friendly and honest. I would recommend them.

I bought an HVAC system from Steve’s and had to have them out about 5 times because it repeatedly stopped working. I told them it was a lemon. The manager or owner told me that I had done something wrong to it each time.
After the year warranty on labor was over, they came out and told me it was a lemon!
I HAD TO PAY $200 FOR LABOR!
