Horrible company and service members. Every single time they send a representative they keep setting the system so that nobody at the residence can even adjust the temperature at any point in time therefore making them a useless waste of time and money company

My 6 month maintenance Joey came on time.Finished the job very pleasant to work with.

They replaced my mothers capacitor that was still under warranty for $400 which is on the high side even if you include the parts. I am a property manager and have had to replace several capacitors over the past few years - The most I have paid was $225. This is by far the most I have ever paid - especially for replacement of a capacitor still under warranty. When I questioned him he said well we have to pay for gas and for the girl to file the warranty paperwork! Worst part about it was he had already done the work. My other is older and I really feel like he took advantage of the situation. Unless you are a Millionaire, I would not call Millian Aire AC!

Victor, Technician, was knowledgeable and very professional. He definitely took pride in his work. He found a leak on the exterior duct and hopefully this is the answer to the issue that caused mold on our garage wall and on the surface of the air handler. He was here late and well past working hour to ensure we were taken cared of.

Had our 2nd checkup for the year with Jack. He was polite, said unit was working as it should. We were supposed to have A/C vets fogged as part of our maintenance plan. But he didn’t have a fogger with him. Is to be done next time.

Cory and Dylan arrived early to the install of our new Trane HP and started immediately. They were courteous and respectful answering our questions throughout the installation. Once they completed the install they cleaned up the worksite and took their time explaining the thermostat. Definitely recommend Millian Aire if you are in the process of purchasing a new unit. The technician Joey was fantastic, in my opinion he is your best technician out of the one that have been here to work on our equipment. There has been at least 10 different techs to work on our unit.

The supervisor Chase is a great person. He is the only one who can fix the headache with my unit. MILLIAN Aire is a great company and customer service is amazing DEBBIE and ASHELY are great over the phone.

Chase is awesome. Super quick, very receptive, very professional, very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for any and all HVAC concerns. Blower motor was shot out and Trane doesn’t make it anymore, he quickly came up with a few courses of action to remedy the problem. This quick thinking was great especially since Christmas is right around the corner. Thanks Chase you rock!!

Called for service do to air conditioner shutting down. Technician was very personable. Went over problems, gave me an estimate and showed me what was wrong. He also delivered a pack of electrostatic filters.
Receptionist very courteous and and got me sevice within a couple of hours.

I'm extremely satisfied with Kyle the tech that came to my home and did my ac tune up. He explained every step to me and I would love to recognize him as an amazing employee. He went above and beyond.

Nik the Technician was amazing. He was very diligent to make sure my AC Compressor and Air Handler were functioning properly, clean, and pumping out AC. He answered all my questions and wore the shoe bonnets. He had climb onto the room of my 2 story condo to get to the Compressor. He was excellent! I signed up for the maintenance plan again. $300 for 2 visits, priority service and discounts if service is needed. Otherwise $150 for 1 maintenance cleaning.

Annual Maint - six month checkup. Service rep was Walter who did a thorough inspection checking out both home units. Great service rep! Millionaire you have a special person in Walter .. note going forward I’ll want Walter handling future services! Thanks again Walter !!

Very pleased with the installation of new ceiling registers throughout our home! Justin and Chris were efficient and courteous! We were so satisfied by the Millan Aire team, we are moving ahead with another project!

I got a new system with Millian-Aire 13 years ago. I had the coils go bad at almost 12 years with a 12 year extended warranty. I priced the coils on line at over $2000. They replaced them at no cost. I had other work done too, still at no cost. I highly recommend the black lights, the coils get really dirty without them. I have the annual maintenance plan at $25 monthly, gives me 2 checkups a year. I will definitely use them again.

I really can't say enough about Millian-Aire in general. They are fantastic and what they do and as importantly, every one of the people I've met are just super human beings. Nice, straightforward, trustworthy. Just last week, Jeff was at our home and deserves special mention. We had what turned out to be a minor medical incident, and Jeff was instrumental in helping my wife and I through it. At his own choosing, he stayed and helped throughout...probably adding an hour to his day. I'm so glad he was here and simply cannot credit him enough for helping in a difficult situation. Thank you Jeff, and thank you Millian-Aire!
