Angel is probably one of the most professional technician I’ve ever met. He was very pleasant and even took off his shoes while entering the house. Very cognizant of the needs and issues that I have with my HVAC. Very patient on explaining the things he did on my unit. Provided some tips on how to keep the unit in optimum performance. These are the kind of people that makes a company great!

I had a great experience with Bayonet Plumbing, thanks to my service technician, Jack Fitch. He was incredibly informative and took the time to walk me through all of my options. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured to choose anything beyond what I needed. Too often, technicians try to push the highest‑priced services, but Jack was the complete opposite, honest, patient, and respectful.

I was able to choose the package that fit my needs and my budget, and I was truly grateful for that. The entire service took less than 30 minutes. Jack was efficient, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered before he left.

I would absolutely choose Bayonet Plumbing again, and I hope I’m lucky enough to get Jack as my technician next time.

Our experience at Bayonet AC has been wonderful. Starting our journey with customer service and how responsive they are to the arrival of your technician makes for great service. We recently had multiple failures to our AC unit and parts had to be ordered. As soon as they arrived we were scheduled on a Sunday and had two technicians come to our aid. Colin and John were incredible and got the job done. It was a very intense job and they were informative the entire time and keep us in the loop. Thank you for your exceptional service.

He called ahead with estimated time. Made it promptly, introduced himself and set to work. Kept me informed of work being done worked well then waited to make sure that everything was up and running to full performance before leaving.

I’m very satisfied with the service. Eiler Natal was very informative and clearly explained what the issue was with the garbage disposal. He arrived on time, worked professionally, and left everything clean when he finished. You can tell he knows what he’s doing, and he took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. I would definitely recommend him and would call him again in the future.

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and by the next morning we called the company for help. They quickly sent a technician, Jesus Patino, along with another team member, and they were absolutely excellent.

They repaired the air conditioner, cleaned the coil, and made sure everything was running properly again at a comfortable temperature. They also explained the service agreement, which made perfect sense to me, so I decided to sign up.

Both technicians were very professional, kind, and respectful. I especially appreciated that they wore blue protective boots to keep my floors clean, that level of care really stood out.

Great service from start to finish. I highly recommend this company, and today I want to give a special thank you to Jesus and his assistant for getting our AC working again.

Great job installing a new hot water tank. Thanks for being upfront and honest with my billing. Also for taking the time to find that I have a leak in my plumbing which I will have you repair as soon as I can get the leak located. Bayonets is now our go to plumbers for all our plumbing and air conditioning needs.

1/29/25 Semi-annual maintenance done by a newbie at Millian-Aire. Joey is new to the company; however, he came with over 20 years of experience and it shows through his work today. He’s knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, detail oriented and very thorough in explaining the process that’s easy to understand. He gave great general tips and advice to help maintain the system ongoing which is so appreciated. His knowledge and training capabilities would be a great asset to Millian Aire. As of right now I am giving them a one for the horrible prices I just paid for two capacitors. I was in shock that they would charge $286.00 for one capacitor that I can buy retail anywhere from $5.00 to $19.00. See attached pictures. Then the other one which is original equipment cost $ 5.00 retail. When the tech called the service manager Cameron and told him about my problem with the price he said there was nothing he could do about it. Cameron told the tech if I didn't want to pay to take the capacitors out. I really thought about doing that and asked the tech to call Cameron back and see if they would take half payment now and discuss the rest tomorrow since I am a customer of theirs with a service contract. Cameron conveniently did not answer the phone. My wife has a health condition with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and needs A/C. They are coming out on next Monday for a service check. One of the techs took out the start up capacitor last July because he said it was not needed.

Honest, prompt, professional. Joey came out within 24 hours of my call, gave me a 30 minute courtesy heads up before arriving and gave clear and detailed information about my situation and what to do moving forward. Price was good with no extra or hidden fees. Don't think I'll need anyone else for my AC needs moving forward.

I had a recent visit by Josh to replace a compressor motor. Josh was very quick in replacing the motor as well as polite & professional. He also attached the WeatherGuard on my AC unit that the tech the day before forgot to do as well as cleanup. I would recommend Josh to all. I look for to him coming back to house in a few days to clean some ducts and sanitize.

Craig came out to complete my semiannual service. He was extraordinarily professional, personable, and competent.

Aside from his technical expertise, I appreciated how respectful he was and his willingness to offer suggestions for upkeep in between maintenance. For months we have dealt with an odd noise from the system, and Craig immediately knew what it was and corrected it.

To be transparent, I have been contemplating dropping the service due to the increased prices by the company. However, my experience with Craig single-handedly convinced me to remain a loyal member. I will only be requesting Craig as my service tech ongoing.

I highly recommend Millian Aire, and specifically Craig. Huge thanks for the superior service!

I had Millian Aire come back and clean out my ducts and seal them. Josh and Erwin did a great job! My a/c is now running more efficiently -- I can feel the difference in the air -- and it smells nice and clean!!

Millian Aire did a great job with my new A/C unit! Chris "the sales guy" even came out on a Friday night to fix my old unit so that it would last until the new one was installed!!! Their service and their units are the best! The guys who did the install were also great. They left my garage cleaner than when they arrived!! I highly recommend them for new units and service for older units.

Maintenance was well, although the tech was running late I was ok with it, he was knowledgeable and friendly. The maintenance prices have gone up which is dissapointing.
