We have been using Hudson for all of our AC needs over the past ten years and continue to be impressed. We recently experienced an issue with a new thermostat. Instead of charging for a service call, Brian patiently walked me through the steps to troubleshoot the issue at no charge. Five minutes later, we nice cool air flowing again! Great, professional service. I definitely recommend.

We had a new AC unit installed today by Bayonet and our technician Joel Alvarez was amazing, 10+ stars. Very informative and professional. Answered all our questions. Job was completed very timely and looks great. Thanks Joel!!!

Jeremy came at the determined time and was very thorough with his work. He explained each issue individually and showed me what was being done. He ensured that items that were covered by the warranty were included. His work was done timely and quietly. I highly recommend him for future needs if they ever rise.

My technician Pedro was professional and efficient. He explained exactly what had happened to my pipes and how he was going to fix it. I truly appreciate his skill level and his patience with all the questions I asked. Truly a valuable employee.

Albert Gonzalez did a great job! He arrived shortly after calling, as Bayonet Plumbing was willing to juggle his schedule to fit me in. He immediately identified the problem which was plumbing related as two faucets on the outside of the house, they were having issues with water continuing to run. Albert replaced both hose bibs and vacuum breakers. He was efficient, cordial, thorough to explain charges and complete the process. The pricing was set by Bayonet for parts and labor, not Albert, which I thought was too high yet it was urgent for me to take care of the issues. I was hoping I would get credit for the house call if I did the job yet it was in addition to the parts and labor. I always have great service with Bayonet Plumbing.. Albert deserves lunch! Please thank him for my service!

Bayonet HVAC did an exceptional job. Their service technicians, Andrew and Miguel, provided professional workmanship during their visit to my house. Initially, I called to diagnose an air handler issue. Then, we noticed my condensers were not working. Both diligently performed tests on my entire HVAC system and methodically resolved the issues. BTW…Bayonet’s excellent scheduling and notification system tells me that this company truly takes pride and ownership of their top-notch service. Bravo Bayonet!

We recently had a plumber come by to install a new faucet, and the experience was fantastic. He was not only super professional and knowledgeable, but also really personable and easy to talk to. Everything was done smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Definitely recommend!

Jack was super helpful, friendly, and professional. he even took the time to ensure that all of our plumbing needs were taken care of before leaving. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Will happily bring him back out for any projects we need in the future - warranty-related or not. Please buy him not just one lunch, but two.

The service men were courteous and efficient. Very detailed on the service they performed. The cost was over the top for unclogging an HVAC line. 25 minutes cost us $408.00. If your ok with paying that for a simple job, I definitely recommend them.

Gary arrived early and explained what he was going to do. He was very thorough cleaning coils, drip pan, drain pipe and gave the A/C unit outside a thorough clean too. Gary pointed out key areas to monitor that were pretty straightforward to keep on top of. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend. Thanks.

The best plumber I’ve ever had, extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional. Came before the scheduled time, and a professional should, and didn’t job in one visit. Would 100% recommend and rehire for any plumbing issues. And he also has different certifications so hire him.

Andrew our tech was professional and extremely kind. He did not make us feel like our concerns were silly, but listened and explained what exactly was happening.
He brought up about an extended warranty which had not been brought up before by anyone else we had spoken to. We bought it, knowing the value would bring us peace of mind.
Even though his ride home was going to take him 1 1/2 hrs he never once rushed service or made us feel he was rushed.

Travis was awesome at what he does. He quickly identified the issue and then he quickly got the issue solved. All the while he was a friendly guy to just have a realistic conversation with. A+ + and fives all the way!

Miguel and Bayonet came just in time before the deep freeze in Central Florida. Our HVAC system was not working correctly and not providing heat. Miguel was able to troubleshoot the system and get it working. He took the time to make sure things worked properly for both heating and cooling, and explained what he did to help the system run properly and more efficiently. His knowledge and experience was quite evident and helped us feel confident in his work.

Albert and Jack were fast and efficient yesterday completing multiple jobs! They installed my Kind water softener system/smart toilet , and new shower head. Thanks again for the great work!

Jeloha (Jay) was our tech today. He was so knowledgeable, kind, skilled, and we can't say enough good about him. We have had other techs from Bayonet but he is amazing! He is a true asset to your company. Bayonet was also quick to respond to our service request and the lady that took my call for service was awesome too. Thank you!

Avoid Bayonet Plumbing at all costs, especially if you’re dealing with technician Richard Gilsoul. He came out to diagnose an issue with my brand-new (only 1 month old) water heater in my Lennar home and straight-up lied to me. He claimed that Lennar doesn’t allow homeowners to adjust the water heater temperature and that changing it would cause problems. He also stated that I would only get 6 minutes of hot water at that temp.

When I contacted Lennar directly to verify, they confirmed they never told Bayonet any such thing. They authorized the work but Richard said they were voiding the warranty. Worse, They claim that the bottom heating element burned out because I (the homeowner) adjusted the temperature to 130°F. That’s absolute nonsense—130°F is completely within the normal operating range for standard residential water heaters and wouldn’t damage a unit that’s barely a month old.

What WOULD damage a unit that is only a month old is IMPROPER INSTALLATION.

Richard’s misinformation and the company’s shady attempt to dodge warranty responsibility is a direct reflection of the company. This is a scam to avoid covering a legitimate issue under the warranty. Unprofessional, dishonest, and zero integrity.

They have my phone number. They can fix this by reaching out and fixing my BRAND NEW water heater. If they reply to this review asking for me to contact them and I don’t update my review then they didn’t do jack
squat about it.

This is absolutely the best company they came in early in the morning, answered all our questions and got to work. They replaced a compressor outside the air handler inside and all the ductwork. originally told us it would take two days, but they completely done and out of here by 4:30 PM. All the guys were very polite and hard workers. My new unit is awesome. Thanks so much for your help. Great quick job if you want a good job and fast service there the company to call.wife

Shane with Bayonet was extremely thorough and helpful for this warranty service call. He was on-time and professional. He called before showing up and gave my wife a chance to explain all of her concerns since she could not be there in person. He checked all fixtures to determine the performance of the tankless water heater and made some adjustments to increase water flow, which should improve the speed of delivering hot water. Although there was no actual plumbing "repair" needed, he was not dismissive, and took the time to understand our concerns, and explain exactly what was going on.

Very pleased with the service provided by Bayonet. Our service tech Shane was very professional and helpful. Thank you for your service. We have used Bayonet on two different occasions for two different issues in our home. We have had good results both times.
