Mauro's Air is an excellent company. We had new ductwork installed, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. The installation team was hardworking and exceeded my expectations, even cleaning and sweeping up daily before leaving my home. Lisa and Cheryl were fantastic to work with in the office; they updated me on the schedule and the final inspections. I appreciated the owner's follow-up visit, which showed me he runs a well-organized operation. I will be referring Mauro's Air to all my friends and family. Billed $79 for what? Didn’t do anything we asked to be done. Didn’t even get a quote. Today is 2/3/26- Site visit was 1/27/26 and did nothing during this cold period. What was purpose of calling for service.

I was looking at the Trane website for a new heat pump, picked the one I wanted and then interviewed 5 different contractors. Mauro rose to the top immediately. He gave me a very good price, I had some of my own concerns and he addressed every one to my satisfaction and so I went with him. He was able to fit me in during the Christmas holiday. Mauro and his team were completely professional in every aspect of the job. I was impressed with the knowledge of Mauro and his techs. One of my concerns was the condition of the job site after the work. Mauro assured me that everything would be cleaned up and he was good to his word. 100% professionalism and craftsmanship all the way! When they were finished, you wouldn't even know they were here. My husband and I had just recently purchased a new (existing) home and we wanted to replace the existing older AC unit right away. We called several companies for quotes, and made the decision to go with Mauro's, and are we glad we did! From the first time we met Mauro to the last time upon completion of the job Mauro was always very professional and attentive to our needs. He even added additional air duct flows in each of the bedrooms, which helped the cooling of the rooms. Mauro's staff, both on the job and in the office, were always professional, as well, and answered any questions we had. The on-site crew were tremendous. They worked all day and made sure the first day there was ac in the house before days end, and they promptly returned the next morning and completed the job by mid-afternoon. Thank you Mauro's for helping us enjoy our new home with the energy efficient unit you recommended. We highly recommend Mauro's for any of your AC needs. In addition, when the county came to inspect, the inspector stated, "It sure is nice when they do the job the way it's supposed to be done. Makes my job a whole lot easier!" He was here and gone in under eight minutes.

We had a complete new AC system installed in 2023 and new duct work done this year, all by Mauro's. The work they do is absolutely top notch. The air handler installation in our garage is almost a work of art. It is abundantly clear that the installer takes tremendous pride in his work. Their entire team, from the owner all the way to the service techs, take the time to explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it.

However, it was not apparent just how great their team was until we had an issue this week. Through no fault of Mauro's, our blower motor unexpectedly gave up the ghost. They had a tech out right away to figure out what happened, got the part immediately, and made the repair with no hassle. Not only were they incredibly gracious when I was a little frustrated, but they took care of me in a manner that showed they genuinely care about their customers. Lisa at the main office even took a few minutes out of her day to laugh with me over the phone about how frustrating life can be sometimes.

Needed new air conditioner, and I am blown away by this company! The owner responded to my call for help and within 15 minutes he was at my door. Wow !! The compassion, care, and concern for my well-being and comfort will not be forgotten. I’m now the proud owner of a new TRANE Air conditioner and have found my AC guys for life!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Mauro’s Air Conditioning. The team was here bright and early to install my new air conditioning unit. They were very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I tip my hat off to those guys for installing the air handler in the attic on one of the hottest days of the summer in Florida. I would highly recommend them.

I had the unpleasant experience of losing my a/c in the middle of Florida heat as many of us do. The only pleasure in the experience was Mauro’s air. They came out quickly, addressed my needs and concerns, advised me on my options, and Ray and Bernabe were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They worked through the heat in my attic to get my new unit installed and everything is tidy and professionally done. The best part, is they beat all the major names competitors in pricing and availability. You are in good hands with them!

I made a call in at 8 am, and Jeff was there by early afternoon. I want to say that he was great with my 15 year old son that was home at the time, with his grandfather. He explained everything and answered all the questions. Mauro's will be who we call when needed the next time!

Mauro is my go-to company for HVAC related issues. They provid excellent service, fair pricing, and deliver on their promises every single time. They have now installed 4 residential AC systems for me and maintained them over the last almost 5 years. Unqualified recommendation. Mauro's AC and Heating, Inc was prompt in answering my request for service (on a Sunday too) and was there the next day! Overall satisfaction with the whole experience- just waiting for other work to be performed but hands down a reputable company! Update HVAC needed to be repaired and they did so in such a timely manner and overall very happy!

My AC system was failing and almost 13 years old so knew I needed a new system. I had been researching Heat pumps knowing that there would be some savings on electric bills and a rebate of $2000 from the feds on my 2025 taxes. I also researched local HVAC companies on Google reviews and saw that Mauro’s had almost a 5 star rating.

I called them for a service call and questioned the serviceman on Heat Pumps. He was an expert and he had one in his house. I got a price in a day or so and decided on a two stage Trane withe a SEER of 17.

They scheduled the install within a week. Brandon and his two helpers showed up at on time and worked hard the entire almost ten hour day most of it in the attic removing the old unit and installing the new one. We had one small glitch and after a phone call by the crew chief to the owner was resolved to my satisfaction. Mauro, the owner showed up shortly after in person to make sure I was satisfied completely which I was.

An overlooked evidence of quality workmanship was the condensate pvc tubing. See photos. It was routed around the outside unit to the lawn area not just dumped on the concrete where it becomes a green mess.

I think this was the only time in my lifetime the actual owner of any trade showed up in person. That shows a dedication to his customers that is almost unheard of today. Great service!
