We have used their services twice and they fixed the problem in a quick efficient manner and didn’t try to sell us a new ac or expensive parts! I definitely recommend them!!

At least call them. Our appraisal was less than the three other companies we called. They installed a 3 ton Rheme w/ air exchanger and they did a bunch of duct repair for us. The truck got here on time and the guys didn’t leave a mess at all when they left. I’m typing this in a home that is 10°- 15° cooler than it was two days ago and my compressor isn’t running all the time. Yay!

The owners at Steve's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. are just plain awesome people! Their knowledge, skill, ability, and attitude reflects in their employees interaction with the customer. I will most definitely utilize their services in the future. Thank you to everyone at Steve's!

My first experience with Steve`s was in 2021 after moving here, my unit started having a problem maintaining its set temp. service techs showed up when promised and informed me there was a leak in the condenser, they ordered a new one, returned in record time to replace it, a year later our building needed a new roof, the roofer hired their own A/C company to raise the unit off the roof to complete they`re job, it was down hill from there, unit shut down three times in three weeks, Steve`s got the call for a second opinion, the video they showed me was appalling, a screw had been run thru the condenser, and they tried to patch it! Steve`s to the rescue! new condenser

Needed a whole new unit put in, and from the very first call, to the installation process, and after, I am beyond pleased with their wonderful customer service and care. I would absolutely recommend this company!! So happy to have a working AC again!

Left a message with the office the tech called me back within the hour was at my house 15 minutes later got my ac working again. More than competitive price very informative and helpful without trying to sell me on anything. I will definitely call Steve's next time I need ac work. Thanks Adam you do a great job. I can't say enough great things about Steve's AC & Heating. Quick response, great customer service from Jessica in the office and Tony out in the field. So nice to have a local West Pasco AC company that is honest, trustworthy and goes above and beyond for their customers.

Our air conditioning unit went out and I randomly picked Steve's Air Conditioning & Heating from google to come out to service our unit. The owner was the serviceman and he was very prompt, professional and honest!! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service. The office help was very kind and concerned also! They were very very fair in pricing also, which was a very big help to us as we all know, we are never prepared to pay the price for unexpected repairs. I will never use anyone else!!

On June 29 Steve’s Air Conditioning came to service our air conditioner. I was very pleased. Andy was very professional and explained everything he was doing. We only needed a tune up and that is all he did. He didn’t try to fool us with anything else. If we ever have a problem with our unit I will definitely call Steve’s Air again. They can be Trusted. I called Steve's Air conditioning Thursday after coming back home and finding my AC was not working. I left a message and Jessica called me right back and was able to schedule me in for Friday between 8:30 and 9:30. He promptly arrived around 9am and quickly found that my line was clogged and was able to unclog it and get it running. Unfortunately, my the9pm, the AC stopped working. I immediately called but because it was after 8:30pm, I had to leave a message because they were closed and their hours were Monday -Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday from 8-12pm. I was surprised to receive a call from Jessica at 8am stating she got my message and asked me what was going on. I explained it to her and she immediately told me that she would have the technician come over once he was done with his first call. He arrived and checked everything and found that my thermostat had died. He immediately made a call and was able to go and pick up a thermostat and put it in and it is all working now. Thank you so much. Will definitely be calling them whenever I need my AC checked/repaired.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Tony from Steve's AC. I have never had things explained to me in such understandable terms, or dealt with a more caring and honest repairman. Tony set my mind at ease, and solved a fairly simple issue; and then assured me my system was in good shape and needed nothing more. I have been taken advantage of by another company, and I will never use anyone but Steve's in the future. They are excellent!

know he was suffering in this extreme heat).
He was so fair with his price. Honesty still exists in this hard cruel

I was having some problems with my new air conditioner and had the service guys out a couple of times when I received a call from the owner that he would like to come out and do an inspection to make sure that all my problems were resolved. It’s not often that you see the owner of a company take that much pride and his company and want to make sure that the customer is satisfied And that all issues would be resolved. Kudos to Lawrence and his company Steve’s A/C, which I highly recommend.

It was my good fortune to call Steve's AC following a recommendation from the manger of a local developement. Finding a service company with technical skills and integrity can be challenging. Fortunately for me Steve's AC has an abundance of both of those qualities. They diagnosed the issue with a vintage AC unit designated the XE 1000. The unit stopped providing cool air. They corrected the problem with the unit in record time. Then, only at my request they gave me a projection on the replacement cost of the unit. Mike the technician never tried to up sale me on anything. It was a very gratifying experience. Its a solid company, from the office staff to the techs. I would not hesitate to use them in the future if the need arises. 👍

I can't say enough about Steve's Air Conditioning! The receptionist is the sweetest person I have ever spoken with on the phone. Our service man Tony was amazing. Very thorough and honest. I called them to get a second opinion. The first air conditioning service was scamming me and told me my AC was out of warranty and a temporary fix was going to cost me $5000. Tony did research and found out my AC was still under warranty and was able to complete the work for a fraction of the cost of the other service. Steve's AC will be the only company I use from now on. I highly recommend them.

Should have posted this Review sooner I would highly recommend this place. Their staff is phenomenal. The receptionist. Sorry, forgot her name. She is super nice. And understanding and professional.mike our ac guy is great and wonderful professional understanding. I realized a lot of places, especially heat and air conditioning places cannot service everyone. However, these people came through for me on the most busiest holiday weekend when my AC failed.he was able to get My air Conditioner. Up in running for the weekend, temporarily till he could get parts. And then came out and fix it. Right as soon as he got parts.

Mike was for many years my ac guy, he’s retired now and Tony came out to check my ac. Terrific guy. Very knowledgeable, professional, and he will be my go to guy on any ac work in the future! Thanks!

We decided to call Steve's Air Conditioning & Heating after reading the reviews. My husband called and the woman that answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. The appointment was scheduled and Tony was the technician who came out at our scheduled time. Tony was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He checked everything you could ever think of to make sure we were in the best shape for summer and also replaced our UV light. If you want to feel confident in your A/C system at a fair price, we would not hesitate to recommend this company. We have found our A/C company!
