The plumber, Alberto Garcia, was excellent from start to finish. He quickly identified the drain problem and had it fixed right away. He was professional, efficient, clearly very knowledgeable, and a hard-working man. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went and how quickly the issue was resolved. I highly recommend his services.

Shane and Al were AWESOME!! Clean out replacement and water leak in the foundation. These two are the BEST! Bayonet has been and will be the ONLY company that I will use. A/C and plumbing have both been phenomenal. Thank you!

The AC unit lost power and we had no idea what was going on so we called for an appointment to have it checked out. Mr. Abraham Briseneau from the Bayonet Plumbing & AC was extremely polite and respectful. He explained everything that he was checking and what he needed to do to fix our unit. I definitely appreciated how thorough he was to make sure that there was not anything else going on so that we can finally turn on some heat during this crazy cold snap that we are going through.

Nathan is fantastic! He quickly fixed a new construction issue with the thermostat not flipping over to heat and checked to see if I had any questions before leaving. I signed up for the annual service contract - Nathan did an excellent job explaining the benefits. Please note - Nathan is good with cats. All around 5 stars.

1. Bayonet has been a pleasure to work with. They scheduled an appointment on a day I was available, which was one day prior to their usual availability. They completed a warranty service, diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and completed the installation without any concerns. The service technician who performed the repair was courteous and communicated effectively.

2. A second service was required for warranty coverage, which was the same issue my unit encountered previously. Bayonet responded promptly. Jeremy shared some of the recurring problems he had faced and accurately diagnosed the problem and a new solution from my last repair. I appreciate that the technician who was present to diagnose the issue was also responsible for performing the repair this week. Continuity is crucial in this case, as these systems are intricate. Jeremy is confident in his diagnosis and is not relying on another technician’s notes to complete the job.

Wow, A++ and 5 Stars for Bayonet! I feel so lucky that Eiler Natal was dispatched to my water leak. What initially looked like an irrigation line, he dug deeper to find it was a main line underground and he discovered the cause and fixed it with the most care and consideration for the surrounding landscape and driveway. He did all this without complaint, was happy to explain and answer all my questions. Extremely professional and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Eiler. Thank you!!!

Eavan Wells from Bayonet Plumbing & AC was a great tech. We had a few issues with our hvac system that were minor, but Eavan put in the time and effort to correct the issues. Eavan was polite and professional and he even wore the shoe booties inside of my house…that is appreciated.

Miguel Sierralta provided excellent service from this air conditioning technician. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and demonstrated great expertise. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything step by step, and the air conditioner is now working like new.

Kyle, Abraham, and Christian all did fantastic jobs on our central air system. They took plenty of before/after photos and kindly answered all our questions. We had a duct cleaning done (house was built in the 70s), installed an air purifier into the air handler, cleaned the blowers, and replaced the filters.

The office also called back when they promised to do so and it wasn't difficult to get in contact with folk that can help when reaching out.

I am highly impressed with Bayonet Plumbing. Richard arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job timely. He took extra time to show me the outside water valve to my new home and advised me how to turn the main water supply on/off. I appreciate Richard's professionalism and definitely recommend Bayonet Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Justin and Patrick did an excellent job from start to finish. Very professional, patient and good manners. Everything was done very neatly, looked and ran great when finished. I would definitely recommend Bayonet.

Nabil was very thorough and thoughtful in explaining what he found and what was necessary to repair our much-needed heat. This is the coldest stretch of weather that I can remember in a long time here and we have 2 grandbabies that live with us. He also took the time to explain the need for ultraviolet lights inside our air handler to purify the air and prevent bacterial growth (which he showed us that we already had). Nabil was very personable and we really appreciated his kindness in expediting our repair. He is truly an asset to your company !!

Michael Mahony was outstanding, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining the work being performed. His workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and he represented Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning extremely well.
The only recommendation I would offer is at the administrative and operational level: providing Michael with an assistant or additional support could help expedite the job and improve overall efficiency, especially given the scope of work. This is not a reflection on his performance, he did an excellent job, but rather an opportunity for the company to further enhance service delivery, grow its customer, and secure retention for great employee.

I would absolutely request Michael again and highly recommend him to others.

Bayonet replaced my hot water tank under warranty. It took several people to make this happen very quickly and everyone was awesome! The office staff worked hard on the back end and both technicians on site were prompt , courteous, and professional. I've been a long time customer and highly recommend Bayonet for all plumbing needs! Great job guys!!!

YOU HAVE AN AWSOME EMPLOYEE IN HIM. He was kind enough to wear shoe coverings on my carpet. I appreciate that. The last plumber didn’t. He explained what he was doing & why. He even gave me preventative maintenance tips for the upcoming cold weather. Very personable guy. I felt comfortable with him in my hm.

Great customer service. The AC technician Abraham was and is simply outstanding. We have been using Bayonet for years and have had some awesome technicians come out in the past but, Abraham really blew us away with his punctuality, expertise, thoroughness, and in explaining the root of our problem and how we could avoid problems of the same nature in the future. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right.
