I purchased a new system about 7 yrs ago and have had nothing but top notch service from day one! I just had a problem with the system and they made sure to get a tech out the same day, which in Florida, is not the easiest thing to do. My technician (Jack) was very kind and did a thorough job. Spend that little bit extra on a warranty! It will pay off in the long run! At a time when money is not plentiful for me the 10 yr parts and labor warranty saved the day. I have and will continue to recommend Millian Aire to anyone who asks. Also wanted to shout out my salesman (Chris), he helps keep me calm in difficult times!

Ask them to come out and give me a quote on a new unit. The gentleman was kind on time and friendly. It's been 3 weeks never received a quote or heard from them again. I guess since I wasn't ready to buy that day they have better things to do. Good luck you don't seem to need my business.

Millian Aire is a great company to work with. They are always available if there is an emergency and they keep us informed when the maintenance service is due. Ask for Chase and Craig. They both are great to work with. Always professional and courteous. They will be doing our insulation next. You won't be disappointed if you use Millian Aire.

We purchased aTrane HVAC unit in 2013 and have the company service it twice a year. This company is family owned and treat customers like family. Kelsey was here today and did a great job performing maintenance on our unit.She is very knowledgeable and polite and could answer all of my Questions.I recommend Millian Aire very highly.

Just completed another scheduled PM visit. Ensures my system is working properly and points out needed proactive service so my system doesn't unexpectedly fail me. They've serviced my AC for years - repairs, replacements, & upgrades. This maintenance plan means no worries for me & priority when unexpected repairs are needed.

Ryan D came out for our maintenance. He was professional very nice and took the time to explain everything to us. He also practiced social distancing, wore a mask and covers on his shoes. I have nothing but good things to say about him he did a great job!

Chase was here yesterday to check out why we were getting water on the air return filter and in the overflow line shutting off our system. He investigated thoroughly and found that the system had been set to run only at 50%, resulting in the excess condensation. He checked the other units as well and found the same problem. He re-set all the units and we can tell the difference! He provided excellent service!

Millian Aire installed a new AC for me a few years ago, and I have them continue to handle the regular service/cleaning. Walter came today and was excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC work. — update, had them out again for a checkup, and still a top-notch company.

My AC decided to stop working in the hottest season of the year. I contacted Millan Aire talked to their AI answering service Dane, he scheduled the appointment. First Technician to arrive was Joey, he did everything to diagnose the unit, finally he had the unit cooling again, but not for long. The next day one of Millan Aire supervisor Allisen came to continue working with the unit until it was cooling again.Both of them were very professional, courteous, and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. Now my home is cool and comfortable again. I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail, Millan Aire provides reliable service. Highly recommend them for any AC repair needs!
