Was told it would cost 600 to fix my washer and that each one of my suspension rods were atleast 100 dollars a piece. Found out that they are 60 for the set. I even tipped 15 dollars for them to lie to me.

This company is horrible. They don't answer their phone. I had a service appointment schedule with a 8am to 12p time frame window. I didn't receive any phone call from a technician saying that they were or weren't coming. The just never showed up. 0 out of 0 stars.

Was able to get the right part for my washer the first time!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They charged me $340 to fix my washer. When I called them back because it still didn’t work, they said maybe it was another issue and wanted to charge me another $170. When I asked for my money back because they never fixed the washer, they hung up on me and now won’t return any phone calls.

The address is not to a business. It was a residential trailer in a trailer park. There was no business in sight.
