Called to set up an appointment and got told they need a credit card up front. I stated i do not feel comfortable giving that information over the phone and they hung up on me. Rude customer service at the least. I would not hire them based on the interaction I just had.

They ran across some additional issues during the fix, but were upfront about everything during the process and no surprise charges or trying to upsell me on additional services.
